There are already plenty of reviews here highlighting the poor service at your restaurant, and unfortunately, our experience was no different. We witnessed an incident that was put on display for everyone to see. Please do better—that is not how you treat people. Worth the read...
This restaurant wrote a review for a local business, and here is how that business responded to the restaurant owner:
"We wish this was a misunderstanding, but this was a gross mistreatment of our team members. Plumbers get to see the good, the bad, and the ugly, and unfortunately, this experience falls into the latter category.
When our technician arrived at your restaurant, he promptly diagnosed the issue with your water heater and informed you that the necessary part would need to be special ordered, as no local suppliers carry it. Unfortunately, the water heater turned out to be a commercial unit, which we do not service—a detail that was not disclosed to us when the appointment was made.
Despite this, you were provided recommendations on how to obtain the part and which plumbing companies could assist you with the installation. During the visit, however, our technician was met with unprofessional and rude behavior from both you and your staff. Your staff openly expressed dissatisfaction for not using a plumbing company where one of their family members worked. We always strive to provide honest, high-quality service, and it’s disappointing that our technician was treated this way.
When contacted about the diagnosis fee, which was clearly communicated upfront, you chose to insult our plumber and refused to pay for the service rendered. Telling us to take you to court, rather than resolve the matter professionally, speaks volumes about you and your business.
After what we saw and experienced, including the health code violations, we cannot recommend your business to anyone.
We pride ourselves on integrity and respect, and it’s unfortunate that this situation did not reflect those values on your part. We stand by our team and the service...
Read moreFirst of all..!! Luckily there is not a negative star review! Very UNHAPPY!
I really “Liked” the food! Until i was being treated for a nice Birthday dinner. My daughter and I were greeted by the owner as soon as we walked in. Makes it nice to be greeted so quickly! (I thought) As we started to build our TOGO boxes…. The snooty waitress comes over to me and makes a HUGE scene as to why I have SO much food in my bowl. (There actually were only a couple of noodles over the edge of my bowl!) Waitress says that’s way too much! Can’t you see it sample bowls! As she grabbed it off the line and starts yelling!! Yes I can ma’am! She stood there and yelled at my daughter and myself about how much we are taking. *re-mind you these are ~TO GO! * We finished building the bowls, while cooking it she tells the cook and owner how much food we took! So while cooking the owner comes and talks to me about why the cooks can’t handle more than 70 lbs! And how he can’t lift 120 lbs!!!! Ok I don’t have 70 lbs of food in the bowl but …. Whatever! He decides to charge some extra for extra portions. I guess! Wasn’t even $1.50 more! For a “OVER FILLED BOWL”! WOW! Seriously LADY! She’s lucky I was respectful and in a great mood! I actually kept the food in my bowl instead of dumping it on the floor right in front of her ~ or over her head! I stayed respectful. It was very hard! We paid we left very upset about the whole ordeal! But…. Because we loved the food there! I wanted my dinner from there! Just know … I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN! She’s lucky I was in a calming mood. Due to it was my special dinner for my special day! Never to go back ever again! Careful how you treat customers coming into your establishment! Never NEVER NEVER WILL I EVER STEP FOOT IN THAT PLACE EVER AGAIN! I will pay the extra and go to 3-D International...
Read moreLove this Mongolian BBQ! Most locals love 3D's Mongolian grill too but admittedly Mongolian BBQ on 10th Ave beats 3D's for me hands down. The dish inclusion options simply appeal more to me here. I get the same exact thing every time and I love that I can depend on it. They're fairly priced in my opinion and the food is worth it to me. My favorite part is all the "sauce" options they offer to enhance your dishes flavor. The sweet and sour sauce with some garlic sauce, bit of ginger sauce and bit of pineapple sauce is my absolute fave!! I "marinate" my food in the sauces and provide a bit Xtra in a small bowl and request they don't use any water to cook my food. That way my food is cooked only in the sauces and it tastes amazing!! (I also skip the teriyaki and hot sauce but that's simply my personal preference). I typically always get my food to go so not much input to provide about service. Place is what I would call a bit "dingy" but nothing to stop me from getting that...
