Went for what is turning out to be a normal experiance. Both drive through lanes backed up to the point they become 1 again. So went inside the kid at the counter looked scared like it was first time on tills. So obviously the lobby was full of pissed off faces. Yay my turn to order kids meal 6 nuggets with ranch and a drink and an extra toy with a reg size #1 big mac meal. Went to snack on some fries on the way home and was met with limp, cold dense fries as Im leaving drive. Oh well ill just toss them in the air fryer real quick at home. 6 minutes later at home unpacken the bag and both kids fries and nuggets are cold dense and hard along with my fries so toss everything into the air fryer for a min or 2. Took a bite of my big mac and spit it out. Ever get a cold sandwich and microwave it? It changes the bread and edges of making them chewy/tuff? It was like they went to make it, realized it was cold so microwaved it then made it and let it sit on the counter behind other bags sitting in the counter untill everything was ready to hand out. At least there were fries so I got them hot out of the toastwr oven and they were warm with a slight crisp/crunch but dry as a popcorn fart and had a chew. The nuggets were the onky thing thenkid would even pick at. $15 bucks later/hungry and pissed off I call and speak to a lady that sounds like shes heard this 1 million times a day with the attitude of "NO KIDDING ITS ALWAYS LIKE THIS SO WHY COME BACK?" Then lazily asks of I want my meal replaced and I say sure. That's the end of it? So it's just business with a middle finger and a promise to make it bad again after forxcing me to come back and wait in line again. I have at least a month worth of free meals but I'm not going through the embarrasment of saying "yaaa you owe me a meal, I'm in the book, i'm supposed to say Sally or Jessy or Raphiell or some name said they put it under dumb ass customer requesting extra spit. sigh North side and Market place lost my trust. 10th st still has their crap together enough to expect...
Read moreI live clear on the other end of town from this location. I even pass another McDonald's on the way. I do that because when i eat in, i like the market place location. That standed true since it was first built, until today...... A couple of weeks pryor to this, my family and I drove down there for dinner. The place was kinda slow at the time. We ordered and sat in the playplace at the light table. There were 2 other children playing there alone. That doesnt bother me. But, these two children were obnoxious and one of them screamed constantly and very very loud. The moments she wasnt screaming, she was at our table trying to take food, demanding that we buy her a happy meal, slaping the lights on the table, or insulting us for telling her no. All the while, big brother sat in a booth watching and laughing. A while later we realized that they were the kids of one of the stores managers. When the kids went up to find mom, (pushing there way thru the crowds) she would yell at them to go back to the playplace and shortly she would bring them more food. Even tho the experience was horrable, i let it go. I know what its like to be in a tough place and having to make things work even if its undesirable. Today my family and i once again headed to the store for dinner. We ordered, and headed for the play place. The moment we opened the door THERE THEY WERE AGAIN!!!! SCREAMING AND THROWING CRAYONS!!!! This time its UNACCEPTABLE! And what are the chances that we came the only 2 times they were there??? Pfft! HA! We just took our food and left. This is clearly an acceptable day care for employee's badly behaved children. Im tired of typing so im not even going to get into the nasty sanitary issues we saw when we were there. Read moreThey always mess up orders. I came the drive thru ordered the big sky bundle and an extra 20 piece nuggets. At the window they told me they fit everything together in 1 bag and got home and was missing the 20 piece. I called and said I needed to come back because there was someone that didn't get food and needed to eat. Came back thru the drive thru, stopped at both windows. Got yo the last one and I get handed a crumpled up bag and I'm sorry. I asked is that all I had to come all the way back because of their mess up and the young man said yes that's the best I can do and shut the window on me. I pulled off and called again. The manager Kaitlyn told me she didn't know I was at the window. I asked her if this is how they handle these situations, she said usually apologises and give a card. I replied I still haven't gotten a apology to which she said she said it already. I asked her how are you going to rectify the situation cause this customer service is horrible. She said sorry but did not once offer any way to rectify this no card no nothing. I asked her her name and that I would leave a bad review again waiting for a solution but no just hung up.
