Very awkward response from the feminine gentleman that was working with a female on the night of March 7th 2024. Mentioned we were getting ice cream he said what very sharply, then began to whisper to the female employee who tried to make up for his presence at the end. Two customers got lids in their ice cream without asking we had to ask even though we were obviously standing to get the order to go. We have been in the industry many years and signs of disrespect to place you decide to give your money to is very disappointing. A nitro creamistry business is very popular back home hoping to invite more friends Houston to see the potential in starting similar business with consistent service regardless who the customer is weather that’s race a new comer or whatever would be a category it doesn’t take much to take peoples money with respect. This was such a cool experience! When I first walked in, I thought the nitro containers were just decoration, but then I realized—they actually infuse the ice cream with nitro. That’s seriously awesome! Watching the process in action made the visit even more exciting, and the result? Absolutely delicious.

The guy working there, who I think was the owner, was incredibly kind and welcoming. He made the experience even better by explaining the process and making sure everything was done perfectly. It was so fun to watch him make the ice cream right in front of me.

I truly loved going here, and I’d recommend it to anyone. That one business who left a bad review got it wrong—this place is amazing, and the unique way they make their ice cream is worth...

I have traveled most of my life because my father is in the military and I have always loved ice cream so all my life I have been trying different ice cream places.

This is one of 5 places that I’ve ever been to that the prices are worth the quality! It’s incredibly good ice cream!! Very creamy and the flavors are spot on. Currently as of March 2025 sm is $6 and large is $8 and worth every dollar.

Also, my wife is allergic to dairy and they have separate equipment for allergies. She is incredibly sensitive but she wasn’t affected. We never go out to eat and this was fine so we were really impressed with that too.
