The Do Bar — Restaurant in Great Falls

I’m giving them a 5 stars just because of one of the bartenders he was extremely nice to my crowd I believed his name started with a J (speaks Portuguese)really nice person. For 10 years my family has been in the food industry so, if I was the owner I would totally replace that bartender girl she is really ruining your business with her passive aggressive attitude. She is constantly disrespecting your costumers I don’t think she understands customers service. I witness multiple times when she ignored or mistreated customers and let me say that non of them where mean or disrespectful I would totally get her attitude if they’re mean to her but in this case is more then obvious that she doesn’t care for her job or the impression that she gives of the bar. You definitely need more J’s in your team. Last but not least, your clientele is changing and business should be more diverse as long as they’re consuming they should have the opportunity to listen what they like. Im the owner of backyard productions Montana, and we have had a relationship booking bands and DJ’s with the do bar for about a year and a half now. After recently experiencing the managers reaction to a payment discrepancy, we have decided to stop doing business with this local establishment. The management took it personally and was extremely rude upon our face to face meeting, threatening to stop doing business if the issue was brought up again. The environment and the staff are incredible and deserve all the recognition, but as far as entertaining their customers with live music and performances, they do not take it seriously. We were aiming to bring local headliners and out of state DJ’s to the most reputable bar in great falls, but it seems they cannot even fill out a legally binding contract to secure an agreement between the promoter and the venue itself. Giving 4 is tough as this place almost deserves 5 stars. Couple things great about it are they have lots of parking, decent beer selection, lots of other drinks of course. Huge place with lots of seating and plenty of tvs. Washroom was clean. And the food from the little pizza joint attached is a great idea and my pie was tasty. Looks like thay have a big patio area but it was cold. Also have some pool tables as well. One thing I loved too was all the great montana based signs and paraphernalia all over. Good job. Now for things I'd have a bit different is their draft list is on a chalk board that is nice and big but you can only see it from half the room. Maybe either have 2 or move it.
