Subway — Restaurant in Great Falls

We were in today, 5/24/18 on my husband's lunch hour & they had 3 new people handling the front line, normally the service here is okay. Today we walked out, after waiting in line & finally making it up to order the gal took out my bread & then walked away with out a word & disappeared. Being as we were there on a lunch break before my husband had to get back to work, it was very rude. My bread layed on the little white table & a young man who was sweeping outside then came in & was doing trash, came over looked at my unmade sandwich, shook his head looking around & with out saying a word walked away as well. So at that point we left! FYI: Subway why do you not have your employees wearing a mask? As I watched one server cough over the food & then serve it! WE WILL NEVER...

Just ate here. It was the worst experience I've ever had at a Subway. The place was a mess behind the counter, the wraps that were on our sandwiches appeared to be reused, there were no napkins and when we asked, we never got any. We finally went to the bathroom to see if we could get some paper towel, but they were out too. The guy who waited on us looked like he might be on meth, but I hope that wasn't true. When we arrived, there were people sitting around waiting to even get in line. They did have a large order up, but that was apparently a carry out. The guy (same one) was mad and stated "I've worked in this hell hole before and I hated it then. He went in the back room and slammed stuff around, then came back in a bit better mood. I ordered a door dash order 45 min before u closed an my sandwich was hard it was missing the avocado I paid 1 for..... real disappointed I usually love subway and my wife sandwich was completely apart and we were missing our cookies how rude and then I called u guys 4 times and no one answered I get its close yo being time for u guys to go home bit we pay alot of money for the good quality food I know u guys have I would like to talk to someone and either get my stuff replaced or somthing I'm not happy - Mekayla Lamott and Taylor Price are our names and we will be...
