Taco Bell — Restaurant in Great Falls

Service here is much faster than other Taco Bells I have been to. The food has been good and what you should expect to be given. The reviews seem to be all over the board with customer experiences, but I can say mine for the most part have been good.

The only incident where I experienced a lack of good service was during one visit to the drive-thru. I was told at the window that I was charged more for my meal than I was supposed to and that my credit card was needed to refund the original payment and to charge the new one. I gladly gave them my card thinking I would be refunded maybe a couple bucks but after waiting a couple minutes slowing the entire line behind me, they were unable or didn't know how to make the refund to the card and was given cash back. I don't often carry cash so I didn't really appreciate that my card would not be refunded and also that I wasn't given an option. Surely a manager or someone else was on duty that knew how to perform this action? The best part of this ordeal is that when I was given my receipt and shown the difference of the cost, it was about 12 cents difference. I would have gladly foregone that amount to save about ten minutes of time and frustration for myself and the people...

every time i go in they mess up. this last time i went in he asked if i wanted sauce. every time he asks me i tell him i want mild. usually they just grab a handful of diablo and throw it in the bag for me. thanks guys. really appreciate that. this has happened 4 or 5 times and i usually just pull around and grab my own sauce from inside after. but it gets old when its every time. on top of that. this last time i went in they messed up my whole order. my chicken mini quesodilla tasted horrid. i dont know what was wrong but it was terrible. my two burritos that were supposed to come with rice in them didnt have any rice in either. another quesodilla was supposed to be a steak queso. literally had 3 peices of steak between the whole thing. my nacho fries were on their second or third time in the grease. half my food was just thrown in a wrapper not even wrapped up. they just put a wrapper over it in the bag and called it good. 7$ quesodilla combo worth maybe 2 bucks. just thoroughly upset about my whole trip. again. my girlfriend and i go there every other weekend and now i'm planning on going somewhere else. cuz i'm...

I hate to say it, but taco bell is slowly losing its appeal factor. THE GOOD- So as usual, the sauces, they are great, with a good selection of heat levels. The fact that the restaurant is conveniently located and stays open later than everything else is great. Even the bean burritos were better than usual. And I have no complaints about the late night customer service.

Now for THE BAD- prices have gone up and quality has gone down (the wrong direction). The grilled stuffed burritos are no longer (they were expensive, but probably the best item on the menu, in my opinion). And this beefy 5 layer burrito, this is the first time ordering and it will be the last time ordering one. It tasted ok but for over $3.00 it was just not worth it at all. The picture on here is of the 5 layer burrito being mentioned. You take a look at the pictures, honestly, does that look appetizing? Does that look like something ypu would want to pay $3.19 for?
