Starbucks — Restaurant in Great Falls

8-1/2 months pregnant here and I am so happy with this store! I came in to grab a mobile order at 9AM as my husband and I were headed to a doctors appt, and couldn’t afford time to wait in line. Well, as soon as I left the store, I tripped and dropped one of our drinks :( we didn’t have time to run back in and get a new one made, so I cried and moved on with our morning. Well, I called 3 hours later and explained my situation and they were SO nice about it. I spoke with Jeremy, the shift, to see if there was anything they can do, and he had no problem with having my drink remade. I didn’t catch the baristas name who both made my drink in the AM and checked me out when I came back in, but she was so accommodating and sweet. As we all know, Starbucks can get very pricy but also be the savior of the day. So Starbucks is where I spend most of my money. Inconveniently, the Starbucks on 10th and 32nd is where I go. As I’ve pushed away the passive aggressive attitude for to long I’ve finally for the first time have decided to right a review. No I’m not your typical Karen either, I’m actually 19 years old. When I’m constantly getting robbed with a side of attitude is when I have a problem. On several occurrences I’ve went to this specific location and there’s been no coffee in my drink, just straight milk. With me being a first time mother, 1 coffee is nearly essential and 2 I don’t have the time to run back and ask them to remake that. I was visiting the area and searched for coffee shops near my boyfriend's house. This Starbucks was closest, and I am a fan of the chain. The staff was friendly and helpful. After the 2nd or 3rd visit(I went at different times of day, experiencing service and quality during the busiest and slowest times of business hours.) I was using the drive thru and woman taking my order knew it before I finished. Before my 10 day trip was over most of the staff recognized me, in both the drive thru or when I went inside. They would make sure I wanted my usual order and if I responded "yes" I could pull to the window and receive exactly what I was there for. That type of customer service is so welcomed by myself.
