Bogey's Pub & Grille — Restaurant in Greeley

I’m writing this review to express deep concern regarding an experience I had at Highland Hills involving one of the staff members responsible for ball collection on the range.

During my recent visit on September 9th 2025, I encountered behavior from this individual that was not only unprofessional but blatantly discriminatory. As a paying customer who visits golf ranges to enjoy the sport in a welcoming environment, I was shocked and disappointed by the racially insensitive remarks and attitude exhibited by this staff member.

Such conduct has no place in any business—let alone one that serves a diverse public clientele. It reflects poorly not only on the individual but on the management and training standards of the facility. Golf, like all sports, should be inclusive, respectful, and open to everyone regardless of background.

I strongly urge the management of Highland Hills to investigate this matter seriously and take immediate steps to address it. This includes appropriate disciplinary action, staff training on diversity and inclusion, and a clear commitment to fostering a respectful environment for all patrons.

Until such measures are taken, I cannot in good conscience recommend this...

I ordered steak bites medium rare to go like I always get since I love this place for the steak bites and instead of the waitress explaining to me to order rare since they cook in the box she took my order they get here medium well and then I call and she said she would get with a a manager and get it handled it then took her 5 days to get back to me just to tell me that I should of ordered rare since they cook in the box and that there is nothing she can do for me, this is very upsetting because she could of told me that Monday instead of making me think something was going to get resolved if I could put a half a star i would because the service we received was...

Food was great, speed fantastic...price is awesome, waitress Makayla top notch and aimed to please! With that said....the intoxicated manager, that wasn't on duty....was actually with a large party came in and got my part all stirred up over an issue previously handled. Then gave our new waitress a hard time for being on our side in the issue. Not professional at all to be involved with business issues under the influence as she was. Then the clickish treatment for the others and unwillingness to help her and treatment I witnessed was not cool from all involved. Makayla made the difference in my Mother's....mother's day!
