Today, I had the rather intriguing experience of sampling a sandwich from Subway, and I must say, it was quite the culinary adventure. As I entered the establishment, I was greeted with the familiar aroma of freshly baked bread, a scent that instantly transported me to a realm of delectable possibilities.

I opted for a classic choice, the Chicken Teriyaki, which boasted succulent pieces of chicken doused in a tantalizingly sweet and savoury sauce. The sandwich artist, as they so delightfully call themselves, assembled my sandwich with the precision of a master craftsman, layering crisp vegetables and a generous helping of cheese.

The first bite was a revelation. The tender chicken melded harmoniously with the crunchy lettuce and the slight tang of red onions. The bread, a delightful Italian herb and cheese, provided the perfect canvas for this symphony of flavours.

One mustn't forget the condiments. A touch of mayo and a hint of sweet onion sauce elevated the experience to new heights. It was, dare I say, rather splendid.

I really hate to do this to any business because we own one and we know how things work. It's the people who run the store, earn hourly wage and who doesn't care if customers leave happy or not. we are neighbors and regulars and sadly this is almost our experience every single time! It's either one employee who makes all the orders and always behind or two employees that takes their sweet time chatting and having people wait for too long before they even start the order. I have come to this subway location a couple of times. Each time, the wait is usually over 10 minutes. Today I ordered online. I went in at the recommended arrival time and there were only 2 employees working, the line had 11 people and 1 person who was waiting on a pick up order as well. The workers seemed very new, maybe stressed about how busy it was and it’s only the 2 of them working. I felt bad them. I got my order 11 minutes after the time I was to pick up my order.
