Frida's /food truck/Lonchera — Restaurant in Greeley

I ordered DoorDash so I can only speak on the food quality.

I ordered the Birria Ramen with a side of fries and two cans of coke.

First thing, the fries were good, and I enjoyed the dipping sauce that they included with the ketchup.

But the ramen, was eh..at best. You can tell right away that they use the ramen noodle bricks out of the packets, which is a little off putting for me. Surely, better quality noodles won't raise the price that much. The broth used was thick, but it was also pretty greasy and oily in texture, I didn't find it very appealing.

All that said, there was plenty of Birria in it, which was good, and I did eat all of it, but it isn't something I would order again.

In conclusion, what I had was good enough to do the job, but it could definitely be so much better, especially...

We run our motel across the street. I have to say like omg if you have not eaten with this food truck... you gotta! Their taco salad is amazing! Their asada fries are killer! I get their breakfast burritos for my employees all the time and we all have to sit down and slowly enjoy them or its not worth it. The savory tastes with this food truck is something outta this world. Your taste buds will thank you! The rainbow motel and it's staff and guests thank you! We have gotten many compliments about your truck and wanted to extend the awesomeness. Keep it up and we will help out to tell our guests about your truck. Thank you ever so much. Party of 3. About 930 this morning. Took a few minutes to get sat down. That was ok. Order taken. 2 tortas, and I ordered the PORK CHOPS dinner. Emphasis on the S at the end. After a 30 minute wait we finally receive our food. Torta looks ok. They finally serve me my side salad, and then she gives me my meal with one pork chop. She walks away comes back and says your corn is coming right now. I say excuse me but I ordered the dinner it should come with 2. She has a blank look on her face then says I'll be back. Oh so the cook says it only comes with one... I say but it says two. She says well they messed up when they printed the menu. Ridiculous that they wouldn't honor what the menu says. Never going back.
