Iâm only writing this review because I feel like how this was handled deserves to be known.
It started on Friday when I called to ask about a dryer part I had concerns with. I explained that I believed the thermal fuse might be integrated inside the part. I had already tested the part and found no continuity. He disagreed and said the issue wasnât the part I was referencing. Instead of discussing it further, he implied I had just Googled everything and didnât know what I was doing. He insisted I should come in so he could show me in person how it works.
Since I was working all weekend, I asked if he would be in the office Monday. I even clarified that I knew it was Memorial Day and didnât want to waste the trip. He said yes, heâd be there. Based on that, I drove across town Monday morning. I accidentally went to the wrong appliance shop, but they tested the same part and confirmed my findings â brief continuity that immediately fails, pointing to something blown inside the part.
The only reason I even tried to go back to him was to show that the part was indeed faulty and see if he had a replacement in stock. But instead of helping, I was met with more defensiveness. He told me he wasnât in because of the holiday and then tried to spin it like I didnât care about his family â which was never the issue. The issue is that we confirmed he would be in and I made the trip based on that.
What couldâve been a quick solution turned into a frustrating experience where I felt talked down to, dismissed, and ultimately left to figure it out myself. Thankfully, another shop in town was willing to test the part, confirm the problem, and actually help me move forward. Thatâs what...

When we called to inquire about a part we had ordered two weeks ago he told us an error had occurred and that the part hadnât been ordered. When asked what had happened he got an attitude because he did not know and could not tell us, instead saying that he could issue us a refund even though thatâs not what we had asked. Instead of dealing with the issue and the questions at hand he immediately resorted to drastic measures which felt incredibly unprofessional and rude.    Read moreTalk about customer service! I went in there to work on an air conditioner and Jimmy started asking questions. Quickly he got me on the RIGHT track vs the train wreck I was heading down! Then it was like class was in session as he started scribbling out wiring instructions. Not only are their prices very fair, but they also do not try to up sell you anything or extras for no reason. I was In way over my head and they took the time to show me how to wire the unit in detail. By far the best customer experience I've ever dealt with at a parts store. I'm a customer for life!
