This is a fair place to eat. The melding of the mexican heritage into good ole American style eggs and toast are stellar. If ya want to go southern style, the gravy is ok (even though it’s been called out on Google reviews for lacking the sausage crumbles) however I wouldn’t recommend it for $1.99 a side. 🤷‍♀️. The breakfast burrito is huge, and you can order it smothered or hand held. Never had it cuz I don’t like eggs, but based on consumers, it’s good.

Working there has been told to be a complete nightmare. 🤷‍♀️. The woman owner can’t decide if she wants to be with her husband, or Dale, her old servers brother, but also, her ex husbands best friend. 😳. But, she tells these things to her staff and when her husband comes in it’s awkward because, what if you accidentally called him Dale!!? She never claims taxes for you, never has your back to guests who are wrong, and always makes sure she looks like the kind community business owner, until a homeless person comes in, then she asks them to leave, and if they don’t, she has a customer confront them.

But..!!!!

The food is alright. 🤷‍♀️

Meanwhile…

She has loyal staff, but pays them all under the table.Sometimes claiming she hasn’t made enough cash to pay everyone so some folks go home empty handed. Acts like it’s a family restaurant. However, the server Itzel, has to lie to everyone and say that the lady owners husband is her uncle. Meanwhile, her actual partner owns a construction company and she uses her tips to pay his taxes. But she doesn’t get taxed on anything except the fuel it takes to get to work.

And all along, Mike has been working as a manager at King Soopers to support his wife and her boyfriend and Itzel and her boyfriend.

We all need a manager like Mike.

I am an OTR truck driver and stop over in this area every now and then. When I was looking for breakfast, someone recommended this place and I can't say they didn't know what they were talking about!

The Staff - Wow! What does one say when you are greeted with smiles and laughter! They really love working there!

The Food - No sooner than I placed my order than it seemed to come out of the kitchen. Eggs were cooked to perfection and the bacon was crispy and not burnt! And the final touch? Tabasco Sauce on every table!!

3 - The Price - What does one say when an establishment already exceeds your expectations? ALL prices are extremely reasonable and well worth what you receive.

I don't like this place since they changed owners... make sure u don't order online because they WILL entirely mess up your order. I definitely got irate today because my delivery driver told me he showed them I had 2 kids meals and one regular breakfast and was told that because the order came in wrong on their system that's all they could give him. So I called about my missing child's meal but also tried explaining that none of the stuff was correct that did arrive. Wrong egg types, missing toast, mushy hash browns.. dude put the phone down so I got my order refunded on Uber eats and went down there and made them give me my delivery fee and tips back too. I STILL don't understand knowing you're sending the wrong order out, KNOWING that I paid for 3 meals and only sending 2 then acting offended when I show up in person to talk...
