Wendy's — Restaurant in Greeley

Did an order through Uber eats when it got back to my house, all the food was just thrown in the bag. Was missing items. Called the store to figure it out they said they would remake the food and we had to go pick it up. No worries there. Went to go and get the food , told them I was there to pick up the order we called about. Pulled up to the window in the drive thru the guy at the window was very snotty. I told him AGAIN I was there to pick up the order they messed up on and he looks at his manager and said he doesn’t get paid enough for this. Then proceeded to look at me and say that they should charge me for it. That I look like I can afford to pay for it again. All because I was driving an Audi. He then got all snotty again and said he was the one that made the original order that I should’ve just came back for the frosty they forgot. I ordered a kids meal for my daughter and they just threw her food in the same bag as mine and called it good. The fries and nuggets were everywhere in the bag. No care about anything. Called the manager to complain about that employee and manager said he wrote him up and sent him home which I highly doubt. Be cautious with the attitudes these people have towards...

As I walked in what looked like a manager and a newer employee were signing some paperwork at the front desk. I came up to the counter to order for a door dash order. Neither of them said anything to me they both looked at me but said nothing. Another couple of guys came in and they still kept signing paperwork. Then one more person cam in and still nothing. So we stood there waiting to place a order. Maybe about 4 minutes later the manager took the paper, looked at me and still said nothing, and walked off with the paperwork. One of the customers behind me said loudly this place is a joke and two of them walked off. The employee was very nice after but said nothing about sorry for the wait. Bare in mind I'm doing my part time job to make a little extra cash. I am also rated when doing this. One of the things I am rated on is delivering the food in a timely matter. I know it wasn't that long of a wait and I do not blame the employee, could tell she was new. Still could've at least said something. for a manager to do this is crazy. Last night was the worst night I have ever been 10:30 p.m. waited in the Drive-Thru since 10 p.m. this is Thursday okay the manager was stressing didn't know what he was doing the lady in the in the area wasn't wearing a mask he was the lady at the window was wearing a mask okay first of all we waited about 30 minutes just to get up to the order thing and then they tow it over we're only doing cash now they so I order my food I told him what I wanted I ordered a shake medium chocolate frosty do you want to be technical okay so upon him waiting on additional time getting to the window to get my food the fries were so disgusting I threw them out driving home littered saw that was so bad of me but at the same token those fries were so disgusting I got home my burger was pink the frosty we had gotten was Vanilla it was supposed to be chocolate I was not going to wait an additional 30 minutes for somebody that wasn't even willing to make fresh food for me to get the same order checked up again I will not be back and I would go to a different location if you're...
