Ziggi's Coffee — Restaurant in Greeley

I recently ordered an iced latte and because I am slow to drink my coffee, requested it without ice (because I don’t want it to get watered down). The server let me know that they can either short the drink or add an additional charge. I said to go ahead and short it. But, when the drink came out I was astonished by how much it had been shorted (see pic - taken before any of it was consumed).

I understand that you are doing this because it (theoretically) uses more milk when customers order drinks without ice. But, what if I ordered a hot version of the same drink? Wouldn’t you fill the cup all the way in that instance? 16 oz is 16 oz and just because I want it cold and not watered down when I consume it, doesn’t justify the additional charge to fill it up. Although the coffee is good, I won’t be coming back as it seems ludicrous and tacky to add an additional charge to fill the cup up regardless of whether or not a customer...

Usually they’re nice, but today was different. They were busier than usual, but that’s no excuse. I think the attitude mostly came from the short-haired lady…usually nice, but today, I was unwanted. The attitude and rush was from start to finish during my experience today. Also, my sandwich could best be described as… inside out?! Very messy when we’re talked inside-out grilled cheese in a bag. Coffee was splashed out and inside an extra cup. No offer to tip or receipt. Not sure if they’re timed like delivery guys are or something, but if you act like you’re too busy for me, then I guess I’ll take my business elsewhere. Isn’t it pretty normal for there to be a line at coffee places in the mornings? They didn’t...

I have been coming to this shop for awhile now because I loved the staff and the coffee. Unfortunately this will no longer be the case. After switching to night shift I started coming late in the day. The staff in the evening is not pleasant. I don't know if they are new, I don't recognize them from the morning times I use to go. They don't seem to understand that we can hear them at the drink window when they are talking to each other. Talking about absurdly inappropriate things and bad mouthing their coworkers. They should really be ashamed. The management or their corporate office should be made aware. This is going to lose...
