On June 6th,2024 Dining With Duane had the opportunity to stop at this amazingly delicious local Food Truck. First Time Trying the Mushroom N Swiss burger and it was mind blown. The flavors that came bursting out of this burger left you licking your chops and wanting more. That Beefy sautéed mushrooms gravy is what ties all the flavors together with the Swiss Cheese to top it. If you love this kind of burger highly recommend you try it. One of the rudest experiences I've ever had at a food truck. If there is a 30-45 min wait on food, people should be told prior to paying. When I asked for my money back the person started arguing with me about how it wasn't that long... when I was at a family event with 10 other people who had already gotten food at the other food truck and eaten and we had 2 toddlers under 16 months old, THAT'S A LONG TIME for people to be waiting solely on me waiting for fries & a grilled cheese. Blue Suede just catered baby shower!! Not only did they continuously give me constant updates they also worked with us through bad weather and rsvp numbers changing rapidly. I could not say enough about how nice it was to work with them. Also most important part, the food was amazing. Every guest was asking where I found them! Cannot wait to go to their new location...
