Hardee’s — Restaurant in Green Bay

I have been going to this Hardee’s for a few years. I recently started going on a daily basis for breakfast. The first couple times I ordered with coupons and food was delicious and they were friendly so I decided to go there instead of other restaurants. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit combos a few different times and they were always charging me different amounts. I saved my receipts to see how they were charging me. They would usually ring up my order as a sausage egg biscuit combos then add cheese which is now and additional.75. I corrected them but showing the proof of a receipt that I was previously charged correctly fir a Sausage egg and cheese biscuit combo. At first she insisted she was right on charging me more because I had ordered a different size combo. I having worked for Hardee’s in my youth know how their sandwiches ring up so I said I would wait for the receipt. Only then did she correct the price. Going in fir the next few weeks through the drive thru she was nice to fix it for me. Until the last few days when her attitude showed me she feels it us more of an inconvenience for her to charge me properly and at a lower cost by ringing up my order a different way. The inconvenience being fir them to change how she rings up my order from how she wants to do it which can cost me up to .60more every time compared to the proper way which saves me money. Today I went in and just wanted a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and hash brown. They charged me wrong again so I asked them to fix it for me the girl at the window pretended to fix it but still tried to charge me the same wrong price of $7.21. I did not pay it and left with out food . I am running behind today and will miss breakfast because I don’t have extra time to stop some where else this morning. I will NEVER return to this Hardee’s. Worst people...

The food was good but the customer service was abysmal. I walked up to the counter and this very disheveled looking girl comes up to me at the counter, she made eye contact with me and literally said nothing, typed some stuff on her POS system for a minute and then just stared at me blankly and says "you can order whenever you want" .... With this bizarre look of "I could care less about you" on her face. I said "ok....." And then placed my order. . .

Then as I watched them make my food someone I could only assume is the shift supervisor was walking around on her phone while she's making food , and I could overhear her conversation "ooooo what kinda car he gets yo?" , and then her and the lady who tooky order has their backs turned to me and we're snickering and whispering.

Everyone that was working there looked like they hadn't taken a shower yet this month.

10/10 would never come back to this Hardee's.

When they gave me my order I could see some of my items sitting in the food warmer and I said "are those my chicken wraps in the warmer?" I know they were because I watched her bag my stuff up and saw that not everything got put in the bag..

The lady once again just stared ate with this blank expression of uncaring and goes "oh. "

When I took my bag I said "thank you have a great day" and then and only then did she act polite.

I know fast food jobs can be bothersome but the customer service in that store was not acceptable. All you gotta do is smile and be polite to customers. It's not like I was in there giving them a hard time there was no reason for this lack of politeness. Do...

I arrived with my father to eat in as I go up to the register and the big employee with glasses and long hair stares and dosent say anything when you go up to order not very welcoming I said my order he rings it up and gives us a cup but it was the last one he very loudly sighed and rolled his eyes because he had to walk three steps to go refill them very slowly too takes his time my dad gave him the money he was ignoring my dad and then takes the money then proceeds to gives us the change and his words he says “ 300,000 thousand dollars “ I say what ? He proceeds to keep saying 300,000 dollars and then 200,000 and then Pennie’s we did not know what was he talking about he looked very out of it or drunk for the way he was acting as we go to server our drinks my dad tells him thank you he then proceeds to say loudly “ Your very NOT welcome “ my dad tells him are you kidding ? He then says “ I’m joking I’m just feeling like a very bad boy today “ we looked at him like he was crazy it’s crazy that you hired someone like that we then felt very uncomfortable to dine in so I told him that we want it to go horrible experience...
