Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Green Bay

On 4/23/21 Visited store near Lambeau. I received a buy 1 get 1 free 2 scoop sundae coupon in the mail. Went with my sister for 1st time, usually go to Culver's. The young man accepted the coupon and was very polite and friendly. As he prepared our order a short, dark haired, girl was clearly reprimanding him. At checkout he apologized saying the coupon was only good for "child size" scoops and would have to charge me full price for both. I pointed out that was not specified on the coupon and he didn't clarify that when taking our order. The girl stopped what she was doing and came closer giving me the most angry, hateful, look. I had no problem paying full price and felt sorry for the young man just trying to do a good job. I said nothing more. Why is this girl so angry, unprofessional, and hostile toward customer's and her coworkers?I'll stay with Culver's after...

We visited BR by Lambeau Field and a worker named Emily served us. The minute we walked in she stared us all down and continued to be rude and laugh with her coworker. He was laughing as well. We felt uncomfortable and do not believe a worker like that should be serving customers. Very disappointed in the service. To top it off, she overcharged one of our smoothies and never said thanks for stopping by, instead just continued to state and laugh as we walked away. Hopefully a manager sees this and get this...

Normally they’re a 5 star, but I wasn’t sure what their hours are due to COVID-19. So I literally just called 7:50pm 6/27/2020 and they answered and the lady was talking to someone I assume. Then there was dead silence. I said hello and then music was playing because I was put on hold. Then, when I asked what their hours were, she said they’re opened until 9 and she hung up.
