UPDATE: We've visited this location many times, but our last two visits haven't been as nice. On our most recent visit (Tues. June 3, 2025), with our family of five, we were seated at a table for a surprisingly long time without a server. No drink orders were taken. No server approached our table. We watched other families that were seated after us order, receive their food, and begin eating. Eventually, we decided to leave. On our previous visit we had unusually slow service, with a waitress who didn't return often, but this time, we didn't have any service at all.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: Bob Evans provides a pleasant and consistent dining experience. My family has been visiting this location for many years and every member of the family, from ages 4 to 90, enjoys the food and service. Their farm inspired comfort foods are familiar and delicious. They even have menu items for members of our family that have opted for a meatless diet. We love Bob Evans and will be returning to this location for future...
Read moreI ordered the cranberry pecan chicken salad. Which I love this salad and have ordered it at the Hamilton and Findlay location and have been very satisfied. I was actually at the Findlay location yesterday and both of my sister's ordered this salad (we always get the full size) and they ordered the full size and they got these beautiful salads. I felt like breakfast or I would have gotten one too. So I took my son to eat at the North bend location today and thought I will get the salad today and ordered the full size and when I got it it looked like a side salad and the greens didn't even look fresh. When I asked the waitress if this was the full size she said yes I explained to her my past experience. She later came and told me that from the other salads she served my did look small and wondered who made it. The manager then came out, I explained to him and he appreiated my concern and offered me dessert which mind I appreciate but what I really wanted was...
Read moreObviously people are lowering their standards on what good food is. It is time for Bob to Starr training their kitchen staff on food preparation and presentation! I hate seeing what is happening to our restaurant industry, but it is in a downward spiral...just another result unintended result of a failed pandemic response! And, perhaps the unavailability of qualified and dedicated employees. Thank Almighty God for those who want to work and put forth a good effort, they will be reward. But will they survive having work alongside those who demand such a high wage and put out so little effort. Pancakes doughy and rubbery. Food was not that hot. Went to 2 different BE in the last 2 weeks....both places miles apart around Northern Cincinnati and both lacked quality good especially for the new higher prices they are charging! There is no place like home...for a good breakfast...but I used to like going down on the farm...rant over.. Thank you! Great service...
