I usually order from this Papa Johns, and don't typically have any issues. Last night the delivery driver didn't deliver both of my pizzas. When I asked him, he rudely said if you have a problem call the store. So I did. After asking about getting a redeliver they stated it was too late, all the drivers went home already. I asked, "what about my pizza then?" The person just out be on hold, didn't say anything. Just straight to hold. Can't hack after about 40 seconds and said she'd give me a credit if $20 for the pizza. I said that didn't really help me tonight. (Mind you at this point it was 25 mintue until they closed) I asked for the managers name, delivery drivers name, and the person speakings name. She told me to call tomorrow and talk to the manager. Asking again for the name, she placed me on yet another hold, no warning. Then hung up. Me living 5 mintues away, I grabbed my keys and got in my car and drove out there.
Got there 10 minutes before they closed and asked for my pizza. The woman at the counter was not excited, nor happy (she wasn't the one who took the call, hey co-workers had left right as I pulled up) I explained, I worked a 12 hour shift, I was tired. I didn't want to cook dinner I just wanted my pizza. They weren't closed yet, so I can wait. She made the pizza and even offered if I wanted dessert or anything for my kids. She turned the experience around. She continued doing hey closing duties while my pizza was cooking.
I know what it's like when your CO workers put you in a tough spot. She handled this with grace. Let that be a lesson to her team mates, you don't just hang up on people like that. It's rude, unprofessional, and inconsiderate. And with the times we are living in, you don't know who could have been on that phone. You don't know if this was a "straw that broke the camels back" type of situation for the caller. From reading the reviews this seems to happen alot at this particular location. They need to address these concerns and get those people out of there. They'll make the wrong person mad one day.
Thank you to the young woman who rectified the situation last...
Read moreIf I could give zero stars I absolutely would. We just ordered pizza and what was delivered to us was barely cooked dough with uncooked sauce and unmelted cheese. We took our order back to the store, completely flabbergasted by how terrible the food was that was delivered to us. The horrible staff at this location did not apologize, were apathetic to our meal being totally unacceptable, continually worked in front of us without washing their hands after touching phones, register screens, and with our only option being to call corporate about this terribly staffed , poorly managed store with inadequate and uncooked food. I am absolutely disgusted. I have been a loyal Papa Johns customer for many, many years. But tonight I cannot ever again give my money to such a disappointing pizza experience. On the box the printed sticker says, “your pizza experience was managed by Miranda.” Well, Miranda either needs hours upon hours more training, or her position with Papa Johns to be re-evaluated entirely. My disappointment is immeasurable, and my evening is ruined. Stay away from this Papa Johns and the staff and management. I’m convinced they are not fit to serve food. Save your money. Shame on you Papa Johns. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. I will not be ordering again. EDIT: as of a week after this incident, and after having been told by the corporate office that we would be reached out to within a matter of 48 hours, the horrendous experience has not been made right by anyone. The manager of this awful location is Jessica, and an incompetent call center associate claims that we were sent an email by this “general manager” and after attempting to have this email in question sent to three different emails, to no avail, this doddering call center associate hung up on us. What in the hell is going on...
Read moreI went into the store and ordered a 12 inch pizza with the entire bottom on top of the sauce covered with pepperoni and I asked for another layer exactly the same on top of that layer of pepperoni. I also asked for sausage, black olives, onions, mushrooms, and banana peppers and extra cheese. I received a pizza that had none of these. What I don’t understand is when I told the guy which was the manager making the pizzas I don’t care what it cost me. I want it my way not your way or the SAENZ way I told him I also didn’t care if it had five or six toppings of pepperoni if you charge me for it so they charge me for what I was asking for per topping multiple toppings of pepperoni. I get home to eat my pizza. It has no pepperoni on top of the sauce. It has mushrooms and it has about 20 pieces of pepperoni on the top and no extra cheese. Why are they in business that they are not there to serve us what we asked for when we’re willing to pay Because of this Papa John’s will never get any more business for me or my family. I’ve ordered from them and had it delivered and asked for four toppings of pepperoni and I get 30 slices of pepperoni on a large pizza pizza but I paid for four toppings of pepperoni. Why is this? Does people not understand Even their sign shows 37 pieces of pepperoni as a topping on a pizza if you get four toppings you pay for don’t you think you get 4×37 slices of pepperoni not 35 they are rip offs. Domino’s isn’t any better they do the exact same thing so my point is don’t ask for something because you’re not gonna get it from...
