Didn’t feel like cooking tonight, so I thought why not splurge and get some Tack Bell delivered. Sounds like a pretty good weekend night to me, yeah? I ordered around 7:50 pm through the TB app, and was super excited to get myself a baja blast. Around 8:20 when the order was estimated to be delivered, I got a call from an unknown number which I assumed was the doordash driver, and I was right. He didn’t speak english, only spanish so I tried to tell him I’m not fluent & I couldn’t understand what he was saying. He hung up, which I thought was weird, and I tried texting him directions in english. Multiple texts roll in and out of him not being able to understand the translations I sent him, although I made sure they were simplified and easy for him to read. 30 minutes later, this man sends me a picture of my apartment building and he conquered the quest of finding my place. I thank him, apologize for the confusion, and slip him a couple extra bucks. I walk inside remembering I had ordered a drink, so I rush outside to catch dude before he leaves. I tell him I ordered a drink and he proceeds to say, “No no no” and points at his phone screen which shows my order. I look at him, and say, “This one right here, I ordered a drink.” He continues to say, “No no” and just walks away. I know TB has no control over who takes on a doordash order but duuuuude. I’m already upset because the main thing I even wanted from Taco Bell was my drink. I’m frustrated walking back to my kitchen to look at my food and it’s all wrong. I asked for no lettuce on my taco, light rice and sour cream on my burrito, light guacamole and light beans on my nachos, also double beef on everything. I have severe sensory issues and I’m still trying to wean myself into trying things that aren’t my safe foods. Everything was cold, way less than average (bad) looking taco bell, and none of the sauces I asked for. The taco had like 2x the normal amount of lettuce (no double meat) and was not wrapped correctly because all of the cheese was at the bottom of the bag:), the burrito was wet????? Nachos were soggy, and it looks like they literally just slapped everything on with the TINIESTTTT proportions, my beans were hard and the chips were stale. I know I’m a difficult gal, and I admit it. But when you spend $25 on a meal to be delivered to you, I would hope you’d at least expect all the right items, and everything to be in order. I know this world isn’t perfect, and most people that work at Taco Bell simply do not care, and they smoke weed on their breaks and are super unsanitary. All I ask is for a refund. Can’t get ahold of anyone at the store. I hope managers see this and realize the stereotype TBell lives up to just isn’t it. I’ve never personally had a worse experience at any food place before. You can’t mess up a pregnant woman’s food man. They’ll turn into a Karen.
Won’t be ordering Taco Bell at ANY location for a while. Thanks...
Read moreFor the Taco Bell at 5404 N Bend Rd - I was excited as hell about the new location being so close to home. The one on the corner of Colerain lost my business years ago, and so I've only been able to enjoy Taco Bell when visiting my parents or on lunch at work - just too much of a drive otherwise.
So I decided to go there today on my way home from work. I spent more than half an hour in the drive thru (checked clock at 12:50 when I pulled into the lot, almost 1:30 when I got to the window. I had a pretty simple order with only one modification - no pico on the power bowl. The guy taking the order gave me attitude about it and said, "it don't come with pico." I said ok as long as there's no pico I'm happy - cilantro is disgusting. A very simple request - but this thing is inedible. It's like they wanted to spite me for having the audacity to not like pico by piling it on.
Fortunately the rest of the order didn't have any changes, and wasn't for me. I haven't heard any complaints about it, other than "what took so long?" That I answered with them being slow and inattentive. The cashier at the window was on her phone, while she presumably could have been helping wherever service was bottlenecking so bad that 3 burritos and a power bowl were overwhelming them. I had to ask for a straw for the drink, and a fork for the bowl - things that should have been de facto included.
So it looks like I won't be frequenting this place after all, despite how excited I was at the prospect. At least the rest of the family has food - I'm not about to go back there to get this corrected, I simply don't have another hour to...

I place and online order On June 11, 2022 at 3:02 pm so I could just pick up my order thru the drive thru and go home. As I pulled up I noticed a extreme long line after 5 mins I notice people leaving out of line at Taco Bell. At the order window I waited about another 5 mins, no how may I help you nothing. So I go to try to opened the door it's locked. I go to the drive thru window. Nobody is there it was completely empty and my order was never filled but it was received. I try to call the phone number it's busy. 🤔 So I went on with my day and got home about 7pm. My online order was not filled or canceled, line still busy. Tried calling corporate they are closed on the weekends. So I canceled the order about 10 mins to 12 that night. All week long I have been calling Taco Bell 5404 North Bend it's either busy or no one answer. Today a week later someone answered and when I asked what happened is the store closed she said someone was there. I have pictures, video and a receipt proving no was there that day. She proceeded to continue to lie about every question that I ask. I ask why they didn't post that they were close she said they can't. But it's okay to have customers waiting for service and your are not there? She also said she was the manager but then said she was the assistant manger and the reason why they don't have no one there because the real manager was sick.🤨So the whole restaurant was closed down because one person was sick? The assist manager was lying from the beginning. Just be honest. She was loud, rude and...
