I am not one to write reviews let alone bad ones unless I feel it is needed. I have been to this location at least 4 times and every time it has been so disappointing. I shared my recent experience with a neighbor and before I mentioned it they already knew which location I was referring to. Needless to say, I will not be coming to this location again and if I ever decided to visit Chipotle again then I will make the extra drive to another one. I was the only person in line and I waited at least 5mins while a couple of the employees just kind of hung out and talked before someone acknowledged me. The person who helped me I felt was either high or purposely taking her time. I asked for a burrito and pretty soon I knew that it was going to end up being a bowl… happens every time I come to this location. I don’t ask for extras, I don’t add a lot of ingredients, I just feel like they are not well trained to know how to portion it well to be able to fold into a burrito or they just simply don’t care. In the end the person helping me and her coworker just laughed on how terrible my burrito was (wouldn’t even call it that, should have taken a photo) and instead of offering to make it again or put it in a bowl or simply apologizing they literally were just going to wrap it in foil until I spoke up and said please put it in a bowl. I love Chipotle and it’s sad how customer service can really kill an experience. It was so bad that I almost started to feel as if it was all on purpose to get a reaction. Just now reading the other bad reviews as I decided to write one myself and it’s unfortunate how this location is getting a reputation of being the one you should avoid. Satisfaction is arguable and trust me, this store WILL argue, for the sake of.
Too into drama rather than making sure they can stay open consecutively, but would rather take the time to arrive late, close early and verbally abuse guests and employees alike. Just because.
No direction for this restaurant and should be bulldozed and everyone here should be out of jobs for putting the public’s safety at risk with undercooked/bland meat, serving expired rice, expired guac (so they won’t have to keep making new batches every day, like they’re supposed to in the AM) and keep getting the public food sick and leaving verbally assaulted and unsafe about what’s in their food.
Please do the right thing, corporate.
Close this location DOWN and keep their angry midget GM out of a job so no one else can be verbally insulted and throwing chairs through glass doors in an act of ‘quitting’.
Yeah, that’s why the side door has been boarded up for MONTHS. An ex-Service Manager broke the door and it was the toast of the branch to talk about.
Everyone knows about it.
Very, very embarrassing.
Yet, the guest comes last and food safety ISN’T the priority.
Take your money to Delhi-Chipotle.

They failed their food safe audit with an incredible ZERO and was shut down on the spot.

Until their (current) GM gets fired, there is no rehab for this restaurant, at all. She will keep being underhanded, dirty and risking lives; even with a ZERO in food safety. That’s terrible. Shame on this...
Read more4/2/22...My fiance & son wanted Chipotle for dinner. I chose not get anything because of my previous experience @ this location. I ordered online for them & we picked it up. My fiance said how hectic it was inside & outside because they were refusing in person orders & encouraged customer to place their order online. Anyway, when we got back home, he noticed his bowl was completely wrong. It was someone else's food. He tried calling but their recording mentioned how all calls are unable to be answered by staff so he ended up getting stuck in a loop. I told him to hang up & I ended up reporting the issue by clicking for help in the confirmation email. A BOGOF coupon was added to my account as an "apology". I tried redemeeing it at both Glenway Ave locations online & I kept getting an error message. Even after removing the coupon, the error message continued. Some apology...He ended up ordering elsewhere.
12/3/21...This was my 2nd time ordering from this location & my 3rd time ordering from a Chipotle. My fiance ordered me a chicken bowl (in person) & for whatever reason I was given a veggie bowl. Plus, my rice wasn't supposed to have cilantro in it but it did. I called the restaurant & was transferred to Jenn. She told me the bowl could be remade or refunded, if it was returned with the receipt this evening & this evening only. I didn't think this would be a problem but then something came up to were we couldn't promptly return it.
