Updated April 14th The manager John called me upset about the review and informed me the police asked not to come back to the store. When I asked who this was because my complaint was unfinished. He refused to give his name and hung up. I had to call back to find out his name. Johns sarcastic attitude and smart remarks are pathetic and it’s said he represents Pizza Hut. ....Whoever was working tonight needs to take management classes and needs to learn how to make pizza 🍕. Pizza was over cooked and nasty and they put me on hold for 20mins to hang up. When I came back with the food they would not remake the food because one piece was missing. After arguing with the dummy for a few minutes about trash service and wasting my time and money he tells me to leave or he will call the police. Pizza Hut in Bridgetown is my favorite pizza. I’m not Italian, and didn’t even have my first pizza until I was 8 years old, so that doesn’t say much for authenticity. There are other places in town that will get me that, if that’s what I’m craving. They won’t, however, give me the flavors and textures I love in pizza, served up fresh with consistent quality, the way I like it. The staff is nice, the woman who owns the place works there. The lobby is clean, but not fancy. They don’t have a dining room, only some chairs to sit on while you wait for your order, if you arrived early. If you’re early, and you don’t like sitting inside, a staff member will bring your order out to your car. Perfect. Very convenient if you have bad knees, or if you have a car full of kids. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE, service was HORRIBLE. first ordered and waited 15 mins for them to call and say they didn’t have med pizza and tried to refund it they finally gave us a large instead THEN!!! We waited over an hour when they said 30 mins… called and they said “oh we don’t delivery it’s door dash” when no one said that originally, basically told us we had to come up there so we drove up there and got there waited 15 mins to get a text saying door dash was coming to get it….. they ended up putting it under the wrong name and gave us the WRONG pizza.
