Cancun Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Green Township

I’ve been going to this Cancun for years and normally I don’t have any issues. Today though!!! Ordered the same thing that I order ALL of the time. Two Cancun Taco Salads no shrimp, extra chicken and a jumbo margarita. First, I ordered a MANGO margarita and the guy brought me a strawberry and looked at me like I was supposed to just keep the strawberry. When he brought me the mango it still didn’t taste right but I said I’m going to give him a pass. Then when he brought out our food he brought us the trash in the pics. Where’s the chicken???? Where’s the meat period? We hadn’t even eaten any of our food and this is what they considered extra chicken. My daughter salad had nothing in it. Mine was average but no extra chicken. When he finally came to our table I mentioned the extra chicken and he told me that was extra. Of course I was like nooooooo, so I asked for a manager and he said a manager wasn’t there. I told him if this is considered extra chicken we won’t be eating it and he can just cash us out for our drinks. He said that I would have to pay for everything. Of course I had no problem paying for everything IF it’s what I ordered. I asked to speak to someone else and instead of sending someone else to my table he cashed me out for everything. I said nope and proceeded to the register where I spoke to a nice young lady but she was doing what the guy said. Eventually he came to the register and said that I don’t have to pay for the salads but don’t ever come back lol. Ok!!! There are plenty of Cancuns that will make my food correctly so win win for me but work on that customer service. FYI, my silverware was dirty too but I didn’t get a chance to tell him that because he took forever to even come back to my table PERIOD! Forget this Cancun and their...

You can read what I wrote before but honestly, go to any other location. They are so rude to customers, especially the short, brown haired girl cashier. All I wanted was to be able to pick up an order that I placed, I told them I didn’t even care if they had to start making it now as long as I got it, but she wanted to argue for 10 minutes when all I wanted to do was pay for my food and go home. She refused to put in the order, it had to be done by the male next to her. I don’t understand treating customers this way, for what? Because an online order messed up? It’s not like a prepaid and was demanding to get food for free. As I priorly said I didn’t mind waiting as long as I got my food. But she tried to refuse service because of an error on their website.

Food was good but the service wasn't. There were only 2 other couples in the restaurant so you assume it wouldn't be difficult. I got my drink and asked before i ordered would i get chips and salad, he said it would be out in a second. 5 mins later i get the Queso i ordered but still no chips to eat it with. My server yelled at an older lady then i soon got my chips right as my food comes out, if i would have known i wouldn't have paid for the queso. I get done with my food, no one checked in me the whole time i was eatting, i finished my drink before i got my food. I wasnt offered another till 15 mins after i got done eating. My first time here and I am Very disappointed in my service and my experience. I spoke with Jose the manager on the phone he was polite about it and offered to take care of an experience next time I came. I told him after this I don't know if I will be back.🤷‍♀️ Claudia was my server she was nice. However when the food was brought out my friend sat there with his food and waited for me to get my food. We waited 15 minutes for my food to come out. He had to ask the food runner where my food was at after. The food runner had ran back out twice to bring corn tortillas for his food I took 2 bites of my burrito and left the rest sitting on the table. It was disgusting especially for it to take as long as it did to come out And then I ordered a side of Queso cheese for my chips and I have never tasted Queso cheese like this from Mexican restaurant.
