Graeter's Ice Cream — Restaurant in Green Township

My friend and I went to throught the drive through to order 2 scoops of ice cream for us both, it was 9:59 and we had no idea you guys closed @ 10. The DT attendant took our order, in a horrible rude tone. When we pulled up to the window, we could hear the DT attendant saying we ordered right at 10. We didn’t think it was that big of a deal since you guys were still open. My friend said “is there a problem we just ordered?” And your DT attendant was so rude, she responded with “well yeah we’re closed” and we just were in complete shock. I get it, it’s 10pm in the middle of the week. However, my friend and I haven’t been able to have a nice hangout for a while since she’s pregnant. We just wanted to go and get our favorite ice cream, however we weren’t pleased. Please speak to whoever closed your store tonight who worked in the DT area, she had Long Brunette Hair in a PonyTail in a hat. That is not how you talk to a paying customer. That’s just not how speak to people at all. I’m very dissatisfied I’m a paying Greater’s ice cream lover and I plan to not come back to this location. -...

My visit tonight was a total disappointment, if I could I would give this establishment a 0 star. It was my very first time going there and it will be my last. The service was terrible. The two young ladies were not pleasant at all. I wanted to treat my sister that came to visit and my kids. We arrived there at 10:35pm, so to make sure it was ok to order, I went in there leaving my sister and the kids inside the car to ask them if it was ok to order to which the young lady said yes, I told her my kids were in the car, she replied ok with a displeased face. So when they came in, they were talking about us, laughing, so I told them if they were not happy to serve us we can leave. At that they said no. We ordered and left, it was in and out, everyone knew already what to take in order to leave as quickly as possible. But the way they were was very not...

Alright, look, guys..... Your ice cream is supremely good and I would give 5 stars if you would just do 2 out of these 3 things: 1.) Fatter straws for the shakes/malts. A Banana Chip malt is life changing, but it needs a fat straw to pass the chips better. 2.) You really gotta get a kid sized scoop. My daughter loves you're ice cream, but even a half scoop is way too big for her to handle. 3.) Don't upsell me on a whole coffee cake when you're out of a $2.50 Cinnamon Crumble Danish.
