LaRosa's Pizza White Oak — Restaurant in Green Township

saw these golden pretzel bites on the menu which at other places who have these exact same pretzel bites manage to make them look exactly like the picture because well... pretzels are super easy to make. you literally just drop them in a fryer and watch them. I guess they dont have a timer or care enough to watch them? idk but whoever dumped these in the box and thought "theyre good to go" should not work in the food service industry. this just makes everybody look like amateurs which well the staff is children so..... not shocked my expierence is always less than mediocre. only reason I even bother anymore is because my family likes larosas otherwise I wouldn't even come here. id go out of my way to find a more decent pizzeria. one that doesnt send out black food like this. dont get me started on this garbage cheese. it tastes like velvetta shoved in a cop and microwaved. this is not real cheese dip. its a sorry excuse. more water than cheese. usually when you dip your pretzel you expect some cheese to cling to it. these cheese is like water. it runs off leaving a orange yellow disgusting tint on your pretzel. like its a super simple concept idk how you manage to screw it up this bad but congratulations larosas of white oak. you reached deep in your pocket of f ups to pull this one out. this one had to be a "i hate my job f it im gonna send it out anyway" type order cuz you guys weren't even busy when I ordered this. id be happy to bring back the reciept and prove it. this is my 3rd terrible updated review on this place. each time you leave a comment "were sorry for your expierence blah blah blah" how about you take that time and instead of replying actually fix the problem and go retrain whoever tf dished this out on 6/30/25 @...

I had THE hardest night, starting at a new job - moving, and getting my Great Dane (Adonis) and my Yorkie ( Archimedes ) comfortable. Dogs are tense during that thing, no clue why. But regardless, I had ordered one thing of cinnamon sticks, and I don't know if it was another store location that I mistook for their own, or something else. Either way, I found possibly - the BEST customer service worker ever. Don't get me wrong, I work in food (or rather I DID considering the new gig) so I know that there are exceptional people. But this guy, Dan ( REMEMBER HIS NAME ) is an absolute saint. Not only was he kind enough to help me laugh and relax a bit before I actually cried from stress - but he ensured I still got my sticks without being put out again! I know these reviews are hardly taken into account, but give him a raise, a congratulations, a promotion - anything! This is the type of person that can make a business thrive. The type of person who knows how to be human, and still run a legitimate business. Dan is one of the best of the bunch, and you should make sure he feels appreciated. And Dan, if you're seeing this. We have made many orders in the past 3 months never had a issue until today ! I have placed a pretty large order over LaRosa’s app . My husband picked up the pizza brought it directly home , we live 10 mins away from the location . I started making my families plates , when I got to the cheese Pizza I opened the box and went to grab two slices and out crawled a bug from under the paper !! I was so grossed out at that point Immediately I shut the pizza box and I made a call to LaRosa. The gentleman I spoke with was a supervisor .He was kind at 1st, he asked if I’d like a replacement pizza or a credit . I took the replacement pizza because I have a family to feed . Within 2 minutes he called back and asked if the driver could see the pizza and have it back for proof there was a Bug ! So they want to take the dang bug box back to the restaurant? For all means I didn’t want the pizza in my house ! But to think out of all honesty I would make up their was bugs in only one of my pizza boxes ! Is ridiculous.
