Subway — Restaurant in Green Township

It is a sad day when 3 different employees can not perform simple math skills to execute a business transaction. I was informed after completing my order that all they had in the register were singles. Because I was paying for two different orders, the first one with a $20 bill and the second with (2)$5 bills I asked that if he could ring up the second first. Because he had already entered the order and hit the $20 bill tender button to complete the transaction, he could not. That being ok I asked that if I could sell him my (2) fives for 10 ones while he had the drawer still open. He accepted that and handed me back (13) singles and the assorted change and hurriedly closed the register. Completely frustrated by this I asked if he could get his manager. He said let me ring you up for the next order and i paid with the newly acquired singles for the second order and asked for my (2) $5s back when he replied they weren't mine anymore and thats when he decided to . I frustratedly stated that before I arrived at the register all he had was singles in his register. From the receipt he showed me and his boss a 20 dollar bill was tendered. I asked pointing to the two fives whered those come from sarcastically because I had just handed them to him wanting to get them back instead of singles.

Today 4-24-22 @ 4:15 pm @store 3083 @5469 North Bend Rd. Cincinnati, Ohio 45247 I was greated by someone who seemed to come off as the manager. I could not decide what I wanted so it took me a few minutes then I noticed something new on the menu, so I ask him if I could sample a small piece of the Baja Beef I think it was. He got all defensive and argumentative over a small piece of meat. I told him its called customer service and that's how you promote sales for new products. He didn't seem to care.

Then I am checking out and I have different gift cards so I wanted to see what was on each card. I wanted to close out the one card that had Ted dollars on it and pay the balance with another. So the cashier ran the ten dollar card thru and then I told her to throw that card away. Then she ran my twenty dollar card thru and it returned with a 3 dollar balance. Now if she started with a seventeen dollar bill due, then she runs a ten dollar thru, that should leave a 7 dollar balance for the last card. The run the last card and I should have a balance of 13 dollars. When I'm finished I look at my receipts and I have a balance of 3 dollars. I don't think this place knows what the...

This Subway location is always clean, staff is always extremely courteous, and the service is fast and efficient. Of course, the sandwiches are great! 6/18/24 update: Still remarkably clean and pleasant interior. Best of all, the sandwich ingredients are so fresh; the breads, vegetables and cheeses make for delicious, mouthwatering sandwiches.
