Chulas — Restaurant in Greenacres

The fresas con crema were more like Agua with some whipped cream. The strawberries were not fresh. They were soggy and in a liquid preserve. No ice cream in it. Not good at all. The esquites were also not tasty. Maybe it’s because I went in at 9:30pm. Idk but I rather get told they are closed or getting ready to close than get served bad food.

Response to the owner: Wouldn’t it have been easier to make it made right the first time? We could go on and on. The esquites were not TASTY. I said nothing about freshness and to be honest even if I paid for the ice-cream I’m not sure it would have had a positive impact on the item. I’m sure no business owner likes negative reviews but your sassy response make me not want to come again…. Not even for a refund. You need to stop being so sensitive and learn from the reviews. My family & I have been to this place for a while & never an issue. Except this last time I guess I was supposed to guess that they closed at a certain time(the website said it differently) & the blonde girl with the face full of acne went out of her way to be plain right beyond rude. although the girls who rang me up were cool, idk if im reaching but i think they did something with my milkshake which caused me to have severe pains in my stomach, had me sweating, and gave me the runs… im not lactose intolerant btw so i know thats not the case and i also did not eat anything all day (i felt perfectly fine) so that milkshake would’ve been my first “meal”… im not saying yall put anything in it but im just hoping thats...
