Cicis Pizza — Restaurant in Greenacres

rude manager alert wanted some cheap food and cicis held a special place in my heart due to the nostalgia. i didnt mind the noise and kids, since i remember being that age and loving cicis. i sat in the back of the restaurant, and there were maybe 15 kids there. then, the lady (probably in her 60s, brunette, cashier and maybe manager) came up to me and said “those chairs are there for a reason” in a very angry tone. there was one chair blocking the entry way to the back booths, and the other four or five were tucked back in. there was clearly no indication left that the back was off limits. confused by her tone, i froze up in confusion . she leans over my table and says it once again, louder and more annoyed. i tell her okay ill get up, and she storms away. later in a very condescending way, she tells me “thank you for moving,” although the sarcasm was evident. embarrassing a customer like that in front of people (who gave me confused and concerned looks) is no way to run a business. im assuming this is the manager, katy or kathy or whoever, that many other reviews complain about. couldve been solved by a simple explanation instead of her clearly projecting whatever dissatisfaction she has in her...

My gosh, this place was the , slimiest, filthiest place I ever went. Food and slime from the floor to the dirty tables and walkways. Dirty condiment cheese and hot pepper, in containers. Dirty greasy booth. Food on floor and baby sitting on a table in a diaper. Children gone wild touching everything. Even stealing a tip left on table.Didn’t see any one clean up mess on floor or wipe a table. Bathroom was stopped up and overflowing. Women’s. Was told men’s was bad but I ran from overflow and couldn’t sit. How sad. Price was really high but with people shoving pizza in their bags I can see why. Also just seen shoes but a employee didn’t wash hands. I held the door with a paper I had in my pocket so slimy. Shame on parents and restaurant for letting these things get out of control. Kitchen from afar looked like dishwasher was broken. Young people change your rag when wiping. Close down and change staff. Clean this mess and put rules down. I shouldn’t pay for you stuffing pizza in in your bag. Your manager needs retraining. We ordered our own pizza. Or I would have left. 28$ left the rest in jar. My kids and I usually love Cici's pizza, but we usually go to Cici's on Hillsboro in Deerfield Beach. But we happened to be in the Greenacres area and this one was the closest.

I've never seen a dirtier Cici's. Food all over the floor. The ice tray by the soda machine is overflowing with ice and soda machine overflow. They put down a yellow "wet floor" sign, but still absolutley a slip and fall hazard. None of the primarily teenaged staff seem to be concerned with cleaning any of it (it stayed that way the entire time we were there). They seem too concerned with standing around chatting. I watched a worker load bowels at the soup/ pasta stain, putting her fingers on the inside of the bowls. The workers preparing the pizza aren't wearing any gloves. The pizza stations stay empty for a while before they're restocked with additional pizza. There are empty tables full of plates loaded with food, apparently left by previous diners, that sat there for a while. The restrooms are equally as gross. Honestly, it really appears like poor management. A bunch of young kids and not much adult management/ leadership.
