So I like to think that when writing a review its appropriate to detail the events as they've happens. It's at this location I attempted to give a total of three times to redeem themselves. First time ever trying this location and traffic seem to be just as bad waiting in the drive through line like sitting in L.A traffic heading to work which is clearly not enough room to accommodate the amount of ppl that will stop their in the A.M prior to work. In addition, to mixing up my drink by the time to finally reaching the window they knowing burnt the spinach wrap and I'm guessing they weren't expecting me to actually look into the bag to Check what was ordered, due to not enough time or wanting to hold the rest of the line up because of someone's mishap I chose to let it go and give them another chance however, not until a couple days later in the week I tried to see if they would redeem themselves without me having to point out an obvious mistake that listening may be one of the key factors of why their just not up to par with the start bucks I've been dealing with prior to moving to the area. So by this time I decided to do something simple which shouldn't have any chance of being misordered, so I request today a caramel frap simple enough... Right. Wait again in a trapped parking lot line to reach the window to receive my order and still got something I didn't ask for...smh I will say the clerk clearly noticed I was not happy however, proceeded to tell me that that's what I ordered when I clearly when the question was asked separately "what size; as I answered a large please" to no avail they still manage to screw it up which again I had to sacrifice my time due to others trying to place an order like myself. The whole story: The inside of this store is well designed but my experience with a mobile order here has solidified that I will not come to this location. I noticed that this location is one of the few that does not have a refrigerated case display or drinks and charcuterie boxes. I came in the store with good energy ready to nourish my body before an adventure at The Big Bounce America event. I ordered ahead online. When I picked up the order my bag felt light so I checked once I found an open table to examine the contents. Sure enough the main item that I wanted was missing. The benefit of a mobile order is not waiting in line… well I still had to wait in line to address the missing item. The big disappointment is that they still allowed the charge for the missing item. Common courtesy or maybe best business practice would be to issue an immediate refund or find a way to make up for the lack of inventory tracking. No such concessions were made. Had I not said anything I would have been charged. I accepted a subpar replacement item and walked away disappointed. The total time investment went from the mobile app predicted 4-7 minutes to 30 minutes of dealing with customer service.

Read moreA 2 star because the coffee is good but they need to work on customer service!!! My mother, brother, and I were enjoying our day and decided to stop at Starbucks. We were joking around and being silly amongst ourselves while we wait to order. Marge came to take our order and my mother tried to snap a picture of my brother and I standing by the register together. Marge instead of asking nicely said "is she recording!" It wasn't what she asked it was how she asked. My mother said no and thought nothing else of it because she was into her phone. Well Marge had a face and then called Nermine over and i guess Marge told Nermine what she assumed happened. Nermine felt it was okay to stare down my mother as she walked back and forth giving dirty looks as if we were in the streets. My brother, mother, and I were highly upset, but said nothing because we didnt want to cause an issue. My brother is in public safety and I am in the Medical field we deal with people all day and would never treat someone like this. We left and decided not to stay there after what happened. Now i was really upset because this messed up our night so i went back and i told them they were unprofessional and I would never treat someone they way they treated us! If it was that important to Marge she could've nicely ask and we would of showed her our phone it was not as big as she made it.
