I'm disappointed to have to write this review because I truly love a Burger King Hamburger, they are the best BUT.... when bad service gets on the way, a large company like Burger King deserve no break. I purchased food thru the window at around 9:30 in the evening, tired on my way home. The store is located at 6495 Lake Worth Rd corner of Jog Rd. Greenacres. I purchased some food but also a small milk bottle. When I arrived home and I sat at my table to eat I discovered the bottle had been opened already and the milk consumed half way and reseal again. I was very disappointed and I call the store phone number on the receipt, no one answered the phone, I left it ring over 15 minutes, then I call the Customer service number on the receipt but the number was not in service. I left two email messages in Burger King nationally advertised customer service emails, I requested to be contacted by anyone to discuss this problem, 16 days have passed and no one contacted me. Now i'm not upset to the person that opened and cosumed my milk, i'm upset at burger king for not having a sensible way to listen to a customer when something goes wrong, shame of you corporate giant! I also work for one of those large corporate world wide business, and Im happy to say we have more concern for our customers. We all make mistakes, specially when you have thousands and perhaps millions of employees, with more reason you need to spend money creating the right and accessible channels to reach out to the customer and the customer reach out to you. I was at that same store again this week, I love my burger but it did not taste the same anymore, I even wonder what you put in it behind the counter and how clean was the process to make it ready. Read moreMy wife had submitted an online order through the Burger King App. Unfortunately, on the app there is no where my wife could specify any special instructions such as, no salt on my fries or no ketchup on my burger, etc. After submitting the order my wife calls the Burger King on Lake Worth and Joga to ask for her food to be well done as in the past her order was undercooked. A woman picked up and my wife let her know that she just submitted an online order and wanted to confirm that they successfully recieved the order and asked for her food to be well done. Within seconds the woman told my wife to call back and and then proceeded to say that my wife called the wrong Burger King. The woman then hung up in the middle of my wife speaking. This was extremely rude and unprofessional but not surprising. It is unfortunate that on the app you do not have the option to choose a location of your choice to make your food. Being that this is the closest store to my house my order will be always forwarded to their store. Last week I ordered through Doordash and this was once again the location I received my food from so I knew my order went to this same Burger King. I am disgusted with the lack of customer service skills this staff had. I think its important to add that upon my wife receiving her order it was incorrect. She received soggy onion rings, soggy chicken nuggets, and an iced coffee that tasted like milk and water. In addition her food came cold. I truly hope that this location...
Read moreToday was the 1st time back after years and realize why I haven't ate here in so long even while living in the area. It was the worst service ever. Sulanka is horrible and I don't believe she is a good fit for any position in that facility. She has poor customer service skills and if she is a manager, even worst she has poor management skills as well and treats her employees like complete trash. My food was completely disgusting. How did I just order room temperature food and cold cheese. That's so unacceptable and such a hazard. I ordered fries and got burnt fries and mixed with onion rings. Why? I asked for mayo and sulanka said they were out of mayo, however I proceeded to ask for the same mayo they put on the burgers to just put in a cup but she was moving 100mph and only heard cup and gave me an empty cup then i said no mam can you put mayo in a cup and she said pull to the front I will try and find some. I went to the front and after noticing she didn't care I went inside and asked the cashier for mayo and he simply grabbed it from under the counter. Wow so inconsiderate for me to have to do all this just for mayo when she could've just dont her job the first time and provided the correct service to her customers.
