I ordered online at this Subway because I was on that end of town I ordered from home on my computer I got a confirmation number and the time that I was to pick up it is pending on my payment card when I got to the store it said that my order had been canceled I checked my email and it said it had been canceled but if I did not do it to ask the store why so I did they did not know why my order was canceled but it's still pending on my card the lady that we talked to was very rude and act like she did not want to even wait on us to answer our question they were not busy they had about six or seven workers in the area working in the back this one lady after we showed them a picture of my confirmation number and it going on my credit card said that she was not giving us free food and that the order was canceled and that was the end of it so needless to say I'm waiting now for the charges to be coming off of my bank no food rude and humiliated I will be contacting headquarters over this lady when I asked her name she said my name is Amy and I am the general manager over Subway so if this was the general manager and the way she treated her customers I will be glad to say I would give them not even a one-star rating if I could I will continue going to the one on the Asheville highway for they welcome my business and are very thorough and doing a good job my request to you is not to go to this Subway across from Lowe's on Andrew Johnson highway Amy I hope...

Read moreMy 1st time at drive thru today and as I ordered I noticed there was no one at the counter placing orders. Well, after 15 minutes I look again and there's 3 girls fixing sandwiches for like 8 people then I finally got my drink and she said it would be a few more minutes.. I watch as they make more for more people and mine hadn't even been started yet. They have my money and now 20 minutes later I see the woman make mine.. when I finally got mine I asked why it wasn't made 1st snce no one was in line she replied that I was put to the back of the line because "we don't make drive thru orders a priority" (her exact words) and after all that my sandwich wasn't even made right...
