Seems they have consistent issues getting salad orders correct especially if you order and pay for additional chicken to the salad. The partial salad missing most things in and it looks like itās been tossed around is a far cry from the salad on their menu. Hereās a picture or the salad with an extra filet paid for and a picture of the hat their salad should look like regular without an extra fried filet. So disappointed especially after I said to the kid that gave it to me this is extra chicken? Whereās the rest of the stuff that goes in the salad? I was told I aināt know itās all there itās my pleasure to serve you! Wait what!! They had to fix something too when I ordered Mobley so they could add the additional chicken to the order so it back to the car lineup getbecause she had to ask for a manaer override and waited and waited and waited some more because the manager didnāt come out when she asked that was why the line backed up and them the owner Mitch came out put the override code him and told Tory You need to get these cars taken care of well itās only backed up because a manager included Mitch didnāt come out when she requested one too for the override So if you would have come out faster when asked there wouldnāt have been a line back up NOT TORYS FAULT itās the managers fault and blamed Tory really yāall need to treat your workers better!! This location needs improvement. Out of the last 5 orders, all 5 have had something incorrect, incomplete or missing. I've called, asked the owner/operator to call me back, I've given feedback on the mobile app and nothing has changed. No one has called me back as requested. This community has needed a standalone Chick-fil-A for a while, but I would rather drive to Johnson City to eat at one of those locations for much better service. I don't know that I've seen the owner there in over 6 months, very few times since it's opened. He is nothing like the other operators in the area, who are involved- and the customer service reflects that. Hopefully this helps and they can reach the expectations of their customers once again.
Update as of 6/2024 - Not much has changed. Staff turnover is quick, which speaks for a company. Unless it's a dire need or something they just cannot screw up, we still travel to Johnson City for...

I was so excited years ago to see this one come to Greeneville because we needed something good. Too many times to count now I have had my order wrong in some way, and all they do is give out free sandwich coupons. At what point do you stop giving away things in order to fix what is truly wrong. As of late the service is very lack luster, and my order is wrong every 8/10 times. Today I went through and ordered 2 meals and a stand alone item. Instead of a parfait they gave me a fruit cup, and it was the last straw for me to write this review. Iāve loved CFA for years, but this location has tarnished that image. Any time Iāve talked to a manager they always apologize and give a coupon. What really needs to happen is the acknowledgement of things that need to be worked on instead of passing it off. I am completely disappointed in this CFA....
