Casa Guerrero Mexican Cuisine #2 — Restaurant in Greeneville

Me and my wife used to eat they're quite often at least a couple times a month but last Saturday night when we went We placed our order and they brought out the free chips and dip I only ate one but my wife ate a few of them and then I noticed something in the bowl of chips look closer and it was a colorful fake fingernail so I got the waitress to show her and she went on to Tell me that no one there Where's fake fingernails in which I know is a lie I have seen multiple waitresses with fake nails that work there and so we told her we was not going to pay for anything that we got and we got up and walked out And I got the thinking I've watched them bus tables before and wondered if they ever pour the extra chips that people don't eat back into the chip bin which is disgusting if they do and the reason I was thinking that is I noticed that the bowl we had over half of it was nothing but busted crumbs And then that makes me think maybe they don't ever clean the storage container that holds the chips wondering just how long that nail has been in the chip bin And we were just the unlucky one that got it or maybe we're just the first one to notice something like that but other than that that is the first time we've ever had a problem eating there So I don't think we'll go back It just turns my stomach...

My husband and I went there weekday afternoon at 3PM. Being it was in between hours, the restaurant was pretty quiet which was cool I thought. The server took our orders promptly and our beverages were served in timely manner. Despite being quite time as there were only one other table of customers, the order took seems like forever to come out. We waited nearly 30 minutes from the time we placed our order till the food came out. We emptied 2 bowls of chips n dips between just 2 of us. We ordered fajita for 2 and it did came to us sizzling hot which was great. However, once we started to dig in, much part of the food was either burned or scorched to black and brown beneath surface which I was dealing with ok. The problem was, my husband is pretty sensitive to burned flavor so he had to drowned the taste of burnes with sauces and such. Neatless to say, we ate only half of the food trying to avoid unpleasantness of burned taste. I sort out the burn part of the food on the place and took pictures thinking I can upload here but there's no option to upload photos. We took care our food and even left reasonable amounts of tip. If I was rating just the food it was great. Our server was so pleasant and did a great job. However due to their internet issues they charged me 3 times for our meal. There were 6 of us so our meal was over $60.00. One of the charges did get reversed before I even knew what happened but I'm still out over $60.00. I called the restaurant and the manager called me back and said there wasn't anything they could do I would have to dispute the charge. Which means allot of work for me and it will take days to get it fixed if not weeks. I offered my bank statement for proof even though they have access to their batch transactions and see that they charged me multiple times. Now this mistake is my problem. I'm in the food industry too and I have refunded customers on numerous occasions by accessing the batch info with my Merchant Services. So they know they overcharged my account with multiple transactions they just didn't want to bother with me just making it harder for me to get my money back. Just not a feel good.
