Hardee’s — Restaurant in Greenfield

Bought 2 ribeye steak and egg sandwiches from Hardee's in greenfield in main street. I bit into one of the sandwiches. It was horrible. I called them and told them I wanted a refund. I guess the general manager or someone speaking for her told me that they could replace the sandwiches, but they could not give me a refund. They don't d not understand that their steak was horrible and it is not a matter of replacing the sandwich and giving me the same thing, but it is a matter of Hardee's improving the taste of their steak. The steak on that bagel breakfast sandwich at McDonald's is 10 times better than this ribeye steak mess at Hardee's.

Sure nice they told me they can't refund my money, then I will not be going back there ever again. Those 2 sandwiches total about $12.00, but Hardee's will lose more than that in the long run because that particular store lost my business. The general manager needs to rethink that FOOLISH policy. I just wanted to WARN others that if you buy something there and eat it and think it's nasty or repulsive and then you want your money back, the general manager will not give you your money back. Love their chicken strips because they are always good and not ever over cooked. Their hot ham and cheese sandwich is one of my favorite with added onions. Love their biscuit and gravy and add hash rounds. Their biscuits are made from scratch and taste like my mom's. A lot of good choices with good prices. It has been a bit since posting. Unfortunately due to this virus hanging on as it has, many businesses have had to cut back on time they spend open. Less people are stopping by so as the day progresses orders are filled to order. They cannot keep as much food fixed and ready as before the virus. It takes a bit longer to get your order but it will be fresh when you get it. Food is still worth waiting for. The crew was down to one cook one cashier who had to work the cash register on the front line and the drive thru. There was a short wait while the orders were prepared but still worth the wait. Took my 2 boys for dinner. Hands down some of the best service I have ever received in a fast food place! Do not know the names of anyone sadly but the manager in the front was friendly, polite and smiled the whole time. Order was spot on and seemed to really enjoy being in front with her customers. Also noticed while I was there the her and the other employees seem to have spot on chemistry! The lady with shorter black hair and the most amazing blue eyes I have ever seen in my life was fast to bring out the food and ensured my son's had all the sauces they could need. She even chatted with them about the toys and talked to them like she really enjoyed being in the moment. It's very rare to see such outstanding customer service these days.
