I requested ketchup on my sub sandwich and they said we don't have ketchup, I asked them for mustard and said we don't have regular mustard just packets, I asked for barbaque sauce and they said they don't have it!!! Finally asked for mayonnaise and surprised they actually had it!!! So after requesting those toppings on my sub sandwich with no vegetables, just turkey and cheese, I then asked if I could have my sub sandwich toasted was told they don't toast anything. I finally got my order for myself and 2 others to go!!! I will not be coming back to Jimmy John's any time in the near future since you can not get regular toppings available at most every other fast food restaurant in the country along with having my sub sandwich toasted like they used to do in the past!!! What does this place have for customers to use for toppings??? Totally unacceptable, I recommend and will myself use the other big name sub shop (SUBWAY) from now on and suggest...
Read more20210128 update: Evening order, much younger/peppier/attentive and conscientous, polite crew than any prior visit. Did they have a crew revamp, did I just happen to walk in on a good shift combination -don't know. Did have to wait a few minutes as they prepared my Internet order (ok I guess so it's fresh, no line wait yet not as 'freaky fast' as it could have been but acceptable. The sandwiches were made with condiments as ordered, no issues. Wonder if this service level will persist.

Often employees will touch their POS and then go to make sandwiches with the same pair of gloves.
I'm not certain of the reading level of the staff, NO LETTUCE is often on my receipts, yet lettuce magically appears on my sandwich.
I prefer delivery from Jimmy John employees, but at times they will use third-party (e.g., Uber Eats.) which I never use because of how awful the experiences have been. The most recent was I ordered a hot sub from JJ's and the driver picked it up (confirmed by manager) but didn't acknowledge the pick-up until he went to BWs to pick up another order. Delaying our delivery by almost 15 minutes.
