07/09/2018 10:25pm. The gentleman who waited on us and made our food was very personable. He had an air to him that was not uptight or bothered by us. Very refreshing. I said I was thinking about the 6" steak and cheese, asked him what he thought and he said that us an excellent choice. After coming out if the oven he asked what I would like on my sub and I said what do you recommend. He set me up with some combination I would not have asked for but it was really wonderful. The balance of toppings is what made it. I mean the right amount of the toppings compared to each other. - balance. As he was ringing us up we were talking and he mentioned something about going into management. I told him good luck with that. After we went home and ate , I thought about it and I believe this guy would make a good manager for them. He has an even tempermant, and is obviously gifted with food preparation. My husband and I went in with coupons, with the date of expiration on those coupons being 8-20-2022. That is today. And yet we were told that the last day they were accepting coupons was yesterday. 8-19-2022. When I pointed this out to the girl, she told me that they cannot take the coupons because they expired today. Rather than making a scene, we chose to leave and do our business elsewhere.
Once we got out to our vehicle, I also decided to Google whether or not a business would take coupons on the day they expired. Every single website said that businesses are typically required to honor coupons through the day that they expire. Read morePlaced a order through the app. Arrived 5 min after the app told me it would be ready for pick up.. And got there to find out it was just being started. Wouldn't typically care but I was on lunch at work.. And as we all know.. That's not long. I honestly felt bad for the fellas having to do online orders as well as try to tend to the customers in the line in front of them. I only saw two people working. I don't think I'll be using their app anymore. Seems very stressful for the workers and makes things hard for them to keep the customer in front of them their top priority when they're worried about online orders not being done and it never is done when it says it will be anyways so not much of a point.
