McDonald's — Restaurant in Greenfield

For at least the past 5 years I have been going to this McDonald's on my way to work for their Iced coffee. I am a diabetic so I my body cannot tolerate and sugar or liquid sugar. Early on i was told by a McDonald's employee to make sure when I order it I should tell them NO liquid sugar to ensure they wouldn't put any. That is how I had been ordering it for a long time, not just at this McDonald's, but others across the country. Until This past Wednesday. I was told by an employee, a white woman that had I hadn't seen before, that I was ordering my coffee wrong. She told me that they put sweetener/sugar only when you request it and that she couldn't understand why I was ordering it the way I was. I tried to explain it to her but she came off as a "know it all" and kept interrupting me rather that hearing what I was trying to say. Once I recieved my coffee in the drive thru as I drove off sure enough it had sugar in it. That morning I didn't have time to go through the drive through again, so I returned the next morning with the coffee with the sugar in it. As I was trying to explain to her ( the same white lady) once again she didn't want to listen but just kept talking over me. Then she went so far as to blame another employee for putting sugar in my coffee. I told her, that lady had been making my coffee for years and ALWAYS made it correctly. Then when I asked for a refund for the coffee I had brought back from the previous day, she refused to give a refund and instead still wanted to argue with me that the other lady made it wrong. When in fact she is the employee that caused the problem. I told her that there are 2 other McDonald's I pass on my way to work and that I will never go back to this one. Because of her and her attitude of "little miss know it all". It sucks for me as I am out the cost of a cup of coffee but I think it sucks more for all the other employees working their having to work with her. The only good thing is I discovered that the 2 other McDonald's are actually a little less expensive. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MCDONALDS!!! When they mess up your order they refuse to make it right! Don't visit this location unless you want to risk getting screwed...

Workers here are Rude, arrogant, ignorant, disrespectful, entitled, and downright disappointing!!!

Went through the drive thru and the person taking orders made me wait 3 minutes and had to constantly repeat what i wanted then had the audacity to raise their voice at me like it was my fault they couldnt hear me (gee maybe check your equipment?). I was ordering food for 2 people they made me wait 30 seconds or more in between orders. Then they made us wait 1 minute to tell us the total. I had to repeat my order 3 times because they dont listen which took another minute and a half. I Then i pulled around to pay and one of the female workers was either playing a game or texting on her phone, didnt realize i was at the window for like 2 minutes, then she rudely said the total. After i paid and got my change she went back to playing on her phone. Then i waited 8 more minutes just for 3 bacon mc double plain, a large shake, large fry, a big mac and a large soda. Further more there was traces of onions on the bacon mc doubles which were supposed to be just the meat patty, cheese, bacon and bun, fries were cold, and drinks were warm. Thats a wait time of 12 minutes!!! Just for 4 burgers, a fry, a shake and a drink! Ridiculous! (I didnt even get a discount for the wait, which i should have gotten a discount for waiting 12 minutes at a "FAST FOOD" Drivethru) And the employees here complain they dont get paid enough! Ever think if you did your job accurately and efficiently, show some more courtesy to the customers that pay for the food that pays your salary, make the food correctly, and maybe not be rude, arrogant and ignorant and you MIGHT get paid more than $7.25 an hour??? And they want $15.00 here? HA!!! Yeah right! You cant even make a burger correctly!!! GTFOH!!! This place has some very disrespectful, arrogant, ignorant, ungrateful little punks as employees... never go thru the drive thru here unless you want to...

McDonald's is getting worse & worse!! They put in the kiosk to place your order & take a number well there's no number to take!?!? So now they're just yelling out numbers!! Whatever happened to take this number & we'll bring you your order?!?! It took 25+ minutes to get our order. The excuse was they were waiting on fries. Ironically, for just getting "fresh" fries half were hot & half were cold?!?! Same thing with my 10 piece nuggets, some were hot & some were cold. I asked for "honey", they gave me honey mustard! No straws for the drinks or containers to get ketchup. Ask for salt, you get 1 packet! To make even better every employee back there, including management, were very rude! Acted like you were bothering them just for placing an order! If you don't want to be there, then go home. Don't spread your misery! Better yet, take a few minutes and walk around & clean some tables!!! Maybe sweep up all the garbage on the floor!! Because yeah they need it!

Also, while we were there (waiting for our food) a woman came in, must have gone through drive thru. Came in saying how her Sprite tasted disgusting, yeah, they gave her a different cup & she filled it from a different soda machine. But we sat & could see the workers, management included, mock this woman. Seriously, think about your actions & do better people! Because we all know you would have done the same thing.

Corporate needs to come and do something about this. Pull some "Undercover Boss" or something! Clean up...
