I thought the ice cream and the girl serving us (brown hair, tattoo on her arm) were great! She was really attentive and answered all of my questions, and knew a lot about all their ice creams. I stayed to have my ice cream with a friend and overheard the bald guy in the back telling her that she was doing well enough and putting her down!! So rude, I felt so bad for her! As a small business owner, I understand needing to provide your employees with constructive criticism, but his tone was beyond demeaning.
