I’ve been to many dispensaries and I can tell you that patriot care is fairly priced and their stock is always rotating so you know that you’re not gonna end up with limited options. Every Thursday they rotate their stock so it’s always fresh and they update their menu so you always have a way of knowing what they have on stock before going. I highly recommend that you bring cash as there is a $3.50 debit fee charge which is a little tough for us low income medical marijuana patients however the convenience and the professionalism of the staff make the inconvenience manageable. They do offer certain discounts to medical marijuana patients based on your individual situation and I really value that being on a fixed income it’s very difficult for me to access my medical marijuana due to the cost so any savings that I am eligible for I am honored to be offered. They have a couple superior employees who know more about medical marijuana than I will ever know in my lifetime. When I go here I know that any questions I have will be answered and if they don’t know the answer they will find it and get back to me and that goes a long way for me. A very safe place to be a patron of and very comfortable waiting area. The process of getting in and getting out is very streamlined and very organized. Unlike the red cardinal in Amherst patriot care is not set up an opening their doors to rip you off. I feel that the employees from the security at the door to the people you don’t even get to see who work there really care about what they’re doing and I’ve never met an employee that is treated their job like a paycheck. I’ve always felt important and cared for while shopping in this dispensary. There’s plenty of parking so that’s never an issue and I think this is one of the best additions to Greenfield Massachusetts. This is my go to dispensary. I used to go to rise in Amherst which is medical only however they treated me less than professional and gave me miss information on the phone and when I took transit over there which took three hours and four buses they refused me services because I only had a mass ID not a drivers license but yet on the phone they told me that this would be fine. I have never shopped there a sense especially being mobility impaired and having took in my wheelchair from Pelham over to the rise dispensary. You don’t forget things like that so when you find a dispensary that cares about you and will go above and beyond their competitors to match you up with the right product , answer all of your questions, and offer discounts to those of us who need it makes me feel proud to support this business in...
Read moreInconsiderate customer service. I had a brand new defective cartridge. I had it new-in-box for a couple months until I finally tried it. When I bought it, I was told that occasionally they can be defective, and if so I should bring it back in. When I did, the manager and assistant were beyond rude, and while acknowledging that it could be defective, they did not offer any assistance whatsoever. $65 down the drain. The manager said, "let me be blunt. I'm not going to do anything for you." The asst manager said that no dispensary would do anything for me either, and then said he was too busy to listen to me anymore. Not true. I went to NETA that day in Northampton, and asked about what they do with defects (the same brand), and they said they would try to determine what is wrong with it, and if it could not work, they would have offered some compensation. Just because its cannabis doesn't mean you should be treated like a deviant, third-rate customer. I'm a 53 year old professional. DRIVE THE EXTRA 12 minutes south to NETA. DON'T SHOP HERE, or you may come up empty handed like me when something doesn't work after a week!!!!! Ask them about their policy!! One week, then no customer service. So if you buy more than one, and don't open one for a month, or two, or even longer, it may not work and you are screwed if you bought it at...
Read moreEasy to find off 91. Decent parking. If you go after 5pm you can park anywhere in the lot very accessible for the disabled.
The initial greeter was extremely pleasant and welcoming.
My experience changed dramatically upon entering.
Positives: No line at 6pm on a Wednesday. Easy parking.
Negatives: Within 5 minutes of entering I was briefly looking at the menu and had a question about a strain. Mind you no one can answer any question regarding products more than to tell you if it's an indica hybrid or sativa. Aka useless.
Attempting to reference the $92 dollar product I was purchasing on my phone got me immediately reprimanded. Apparently no phones are allowed inside. Okay fair enough I apologized.
I get up to the counter and the same person who just scolded me flatly asks "what do you want?" Followed by is "is that it?" Conversation complete. While waiting for him to ring me up I watched as the medical staff yelled across the room at the recreational side scolding them for taking the last of their product in yet another unprofessional move.
All in all. This place screams toxic work environment and it translates into the customer experience 100%.
I left with what I came for. Let's hope I like it as: ALL...
