Kroger — Local services in Greenfield

Absolutely horrible store. Where to start. Prices on the shelves are never the price that rings up at the register. Never saw a grocery store try to get people for their money like kroger. Why make it so hard for customers to save money? Oh, it's a digital coupon deal. Really? Well, stop advertising it on the shelf like it's really a lower price without the coupon. How many people do you scam money out of daily that isn't paying attention to what the price is that's rang up at the register? Such a scam. No other grocery store tries to scam people for their hard earned money more than this store. Next, just the prices in general. SO overpriced, it's ridiculous. Once again, scammers. Let's price it so high, then say it's on sale for a lower price, when I can still go somewhere else and get it cheaper than your "sale price". Next, NEVER any open checkout lanes that actually check you out in the evening. I've seen people with a full cart told to go to self checkout. This town needs another option besides Wal-Mart and this fake so called grocery store thats only worried about profit and not the customers. Will never step foot in this money hungry...

I haven’t shopped here for a couple months now! The store has an interesting smell! Also, a lot of there food products I have gotten has expired or is going to expire in a few days. It’s a hit and miss with customer service workers, some are helpful and some of them do not care! I have tried online shopping a few times and I had to stop that because when I marked no substitute they still substitute with Kroger brand! The stores interior is not modernized like the other bigger stores. It’s old and dingey!The bathrooms are scary, good luck it’s got some Smokey smell and bad smell that lingers lifetime! The toliet needs an upgrade and the entire bathroom! Unfortunately, I went back to shopping at Walmart for the time being. Maybe you’ll change the inside look of your store! And get a company to clean your parking lot too, it has a lot of cig buds and debris whenever I shopped different times. Retail is a lot of work but your quality/appearance needs to show if you want to have loyal and...

This place tends to have decent prices and sales. The employees are mostly friendly with some seeming to be apathetic towards customers. The sale prices tend to be equal to or better than Walmart, better than Marsh, and equal to or rare times better than Aldi. The produce department seems a bit more hit or miss if you will find fresh or "one foot in the grave" veggies. Not the best place for fresh lettuce or cilantro. The produce is fresh 60-70% of the time depending on what you are getting. The e-coupons and 123 Rewards card are great incentives to shop more. The "customer best" coupons, which come out a few times a year, are for specific items that you buy there and are wonderfully helpful. Unlike the other reviewer, I have never been hassled due to coupons, but I only use up to 3 per order. Overall, it's a decent grocery store but could definitely use some...
