Had an awful experience. Customer service was terrible. The lady with the glasses acted as though she was clueless when asked questions. She gave off energy as though we were bothering her. I left out because I had to walk a beverage I ordered to someone at one of the nearby shops. I came back in to use the restroom and she told me it was for paying customers only. I reminded her I was just there and of all the items I just purchased. She told me once I walk out, im no longer a customer. Wow. If thats what you call customer service, I would never...

I went for the very first time today and WOW! I will be back often! The staff was quick and friendly and I got, of course, a mangonada. It was DELICIOUS! I plan to get a tamarinada next time I go. I was nervous it was going to be too sweet or too sugary, but it was perfect!
