On May 15, 2024 at 5:39PM I went through the drive thru to place my order. I kept it simple, because the staff here is lacking in service across the board. Simple math, not gonna happen. You better have exact change or a credit/debit card payment. Drink machines go unchecked, so you may get colored water with NO flavor, I did! So, I ordered two 4pc. supremes combos, seasoned fries, one with Mt. Dew, the other with the strawberry melon Brisk(this was the colored water, no flavor drink). I was asked to pull to the 1st curbside pickup spot. I parked and I waited, and waited, and waited some more. Two other cars were asked to park as well from what I could spy. Now, about 12 minutes had passed so I decide to go inside to see what's taking so long. The entire staff, manager included, we're playing around, talking, shucking and jiving. The one employee who stopped long enough to see I was standing at the counter asked if I needed something. The hands of God must've held my tongue because I had a mouthful of curses ready to spew, but I said with much tact, "I'm waiting on my order, two 4pc . supreme combos." I let them know that the man in the car parked beside me was waiting on his 3 wing dinner. I observed a whole bin with tenders/supremes overflowing and NO ONE assembling my order. I was livid, but maintained my composure. The manager comes forward asking about the sides for the 3 wing order to which I reply, "Don't you have the receipt back there to see the sides?" My first job was in fast food service. It pains me to see that training is lacking to the point where a crew of people, manager included can't work as a team to get the job done. This location has seen many crew changes. In all honesty, this location needs to be shut down. This location's staff, all of them, need to be retrained and properly tested before re-opening. All attitudes need to be checked at the door and just get down to the business of the business. When I finally left with my food, it was...
Read moreWorst Bojangles i’ve ever been to in my life . Simply ordered a cajun filet biscuit and added cheese and bacon and a medium fry . Fries were cold and soggy and took a bite of my biscuit and realized there was no bacon on it . Went back up there and I stood at counter for 3 minutes waiting for somebody to help . When they finally did I told them what was wrong and no bacon came on it . They got attitudes like I asked for my order to be wrong . They gave me the same original bag back and I thought they corrected their error . I opened the biscuit up and it was the same biscuit I had and they added a half of piece of bacon it . I had to then go back in again and address the issue . They made it seem like it was an issue for me asking for a new biscuit . They threw the biscuit away and called over the manager and an employee told the manager I was asking for a new biscuit but I took a bite of it . The only reason why I took one bite out the biscuit bc I thought it had bacon on it and realized it wasn’t and explained that . She asked the manager should they make a new one or get the biscuit they threw away out the trash and give that to me . On top of that completely bogus comment they did not have any cajun filet ready so then asked if I can wait so it can be made fresh . I said okay and waited for 10 mins and they give it to me . I get back home and take a bite of biscuit and the chicken is not cooked all they way and completely undone and very rubbery to the point I couldn’t get eat it thinking I would get sick . I spit the bite I took out and through the rest of the biscuit away . This is literally the worst customer service experience and Bojangles I have ever been to in my life and I suggest nobody come there and get food . On top of there 90% sanitation grade which is disgusting. Fire the whole the staff before somebody files a lawsuit for the negligence. I’m also contacting somebody in Bojangles cooperative because this is completely...
Read moreI normally don’t like posting these kinds of reviews because we are a die hard Bojangles family and we’ve never had this bad of an experience.
I don’t know if it was the Sunday crowd or they were just going through it today but this was the worst experience we’ve ever had.
The line was around the building so we went inside. The line inside was pretty long but we only had three people in front of us so we decided to wait. When I went to order, the manager came up to the girl at the register (mid order) and said she needed to clear her line before taking anymore orders. So mid order with my order still on the screen - she leaves and goes to bag the orders that came in front of me. No problem but she bagged every last order (like 6 people and a family to go order). By the time she gets back it’s been 15 minutes. During this time, there is just mayhem everywhere - orders are wrong - people waiting in the drive through come in to correct their orders, we overhear there’s no cup lids and etc. We had been the only people in line waiting to order and there’s now a line to the door. We get our order in and go to wait. There are no napkins in the dispenser, no hot sauce packets with the salt and pepper and only sporks for utensils. The dining room tables all have crumbs or various filth around them. We get our food and the chicken is bland and gummy, they put sausage gravy on my mashed potatoes and the supremes we ordered looked like shriveled fries. I’ve had fried clams bigger than those supremes. It was extremely disappointing especially since we’ve been going to bojangles all our lives and visiting this one just made us appreciate ours back home in Charlotte even more.
Please get your GM to order your stock better, train your employees to finish orders and basic customer service (she wasn’t a bad employee but she was in the weeds) and please someone do some QA on your supremes. Even alblemarle rd has...
