Current Manager Caroline talks to customers as if they are all rude customers. I ordered online and apparently made a mistake and order two cookie cakes. It was the $5 deal. I meant to order medium one topping (for my four year and I) boneless wings and one cookie dessert. I told the guy who ordered after he informed me that the receipt read that I ordered two cookies instead of what I meant to order. He asked me to call his manager Caroline. I gave him back one of the cookie deserts and I went to call and ask in return if they can bring back the pizza I meant to order. Caroline called me before I could dial and after she asked if she was speaking with me, I said nicely I was actually just calling. She chimes in interrupting me with âI donât know what you THINK you ordered but the receipt says you got two cookie deserts in a very rude tone. I went on to explain Iâm not a angry customer in hopes this would check her tone and told her I understood I ordered the wrong thing which is why I gave back the cookie deserts and just want to ask if they donât mind sending what I meant in itâs place. She calmed down a little and took my order but the frustration still seem to be there. Needless to say I was a little irritated as well after this conversation. They did end up sending me the pizza but I honestly didnât even want to eat it or give it to my son when it was dropped off as it was not even prepared well. I only give three stars for the nice guy who originally delivered my order.This place needs to work on how they talk to customers and definitely not assume everyone is going to yell at them.    Read moreI spoke with Will the manager in duty at this location, who refused to give me his last name. I placed an order on the website and then called the "store" which turned out to be a call center to request cheesesticks instead of breadsticks. The person at the call center informed me that it would be $1 additional and it was not a problem. Fast forward 40 minutes later when my order arrived the young lady who was very sweet gave me 2 receipts 1 which was a void receipt and 1 for $22.59 informing me i had a remaining balance of $7. Long story short, i was informed my card was ran for the pizza twice and they voided one order but because there was not enough money in that account to cover the 2nd time my card was ran i needed to pay $7 in cash. The young lady called Will at the Elton Way location and he was nothing but rude from the beginning. Informing me that i could just cancel my order and forget the Pizza. Will did not once offer a solution until i informed him that he did not try.. will also went on to say that it wasn't his job to tell me they were running my card twice for the same order. He does not know how to take ownership for the company. Granted it wasn't his store that did not inform me he should have taken initiative to say, I understand you may not have cash this is what we can .. and so on.    Read moreOk, so I have only had like 3 orders from here and the first 2 were great but this last one from today was absolutely horrible. Firstly, I don't like the fact that calls get directed to the call center. I feel that I get better customer service and communication from employees inside the store. So today, I call and was on the phone for 15 minutes. Now, the lady on the phone must've been new and she was having lots of technical difficulties. ALL of which are understandable. Despite the hardship she did a great job. All up until I got to the store to pay for my order. She read my order back correctly twice over the phone but it was submitted incorrectly. I did not get the pepperoni lovers with ital and bacon with lots of extra sauce like I wanted. It instead came as an ital and bacon pizza that was very very dry. No extra sauce. No pepperoni. At first I was like well she was having difficulties and it's not the stores fault. I'm also not paying any extra. I'm not going to complain. BUT THEN, my dry AF pizza with hardly any sauce on it, really left a bad taste in my mouth. Literally and figuratively. Was not enjoyable which is what I expect from Pizza Hut.
