Update - After I had written this review, I had returned as I often do. The last few times I've been in there, have been really bad. When there is an open kitchen full of employees and no one inside and a minimal line outside I would expect someone would alert a cashier that there is a customer at the front. But no, they're too busy experimenting with the food, laughing and having a good time. I took pictures so that I could have a timestamp each 5 minutes that there was no one at the register and the drive through girl standing back there ignoring anyone at the front. 20 minutes... just to ORDER 2 soft tacos and a couple of drinks. I had made a complaint to a young lady in there about the time and my last order being incorrect, she was amused. Laughed in my face really. So I cancelled my 30 dollar order for my family and left. She thought that was funny too. The manager was in there and close, was aware of what was going on and ignored it. I'll give them another opportunity to get it right, but if they continue in this vane I will definitely take my business elsewhere, it's only convenience and I can travel the distance to a full service place, sit down and relax and enjoy a nice ethnic meal for literally the same price. I don't know what's happening these days but these people had better get some decent people in there, the holidays are coming and you're going to have to answer to your corporate people as to why you went from being voted one of the best stores, to treating customers negatively and losing an awful lot of money in the process.
This is another Taco Bell that aims to please. The staff is great, I think they may have a new manager. I noticed now that for the most part they have let go of their combo meals and gone ala carte. All in all, the price is about the same and you can mix and match as you please. The store is ALWAYS clean, day or night and everyone from the cashiers and cooks to the managers are kind, they don't forget a regular. They are wonderful, I enjoy going here...
Read moreWho would close a busy drive thru and have someone telling each car in line that they are “only taking Door Dash and orders through the app”?!? I ordered in the app and pulled to the pick up parking spots with other waiting cars. No one would even come outside for over 20 mins and when they did it was for one car and as she walked back in I was trying to ask about it my order and was ignored the first several attempts. An additional 10 mins later she brings 2 bags and I knew it wasn’t mine just by the weight and my that time she had given the other vehicle my bag. I was fine with just exchanging bags rather than wait an additional 45 mins at that point watching 3 employees standing around talking/laughing/ignoring customers who’ve already paid for their food and they can see waiting outside. Visited once again 2 ish weeks later and the beans in both my burritos were dehydrated clumps, literally so dry the chucks had a hazy dried appearance and could be broken apart. That was the last time I’ll go back to...
Read moreFor some reason, I thought that a franchise owner who takes the time to open a new restaurant would have the desire to see that it runs correctly. There are some Taco Bell’s that you know not to stop at because of their location, age, and reputation. This one is new, so my expectations were higher. Unfortunately, my family wasn’t greeted, just glared at by the “mopey” individual behind the register whose sloppy appearance made it seem that he was recently dragged out of bed against his will. The only thing he managed to mumble at us was “sign this copy.” After we ordered, we got our drinks and realized that half of the tables occupied in the dining room were still waiting for their food. The average wait time was 20 minutes for the food to be ready. The best thing they could do would be to lock the door until they can find workers that can pretend that they want to work, or at least...
