Just came in ordered my food online said it was ready at 8:50. Arrived at 9 food not ready. Take out line full no orders on shelf. Black younger lady with glasses rude after asking was everything in my bag. I checked my bag and guac was missing I was charged 8.00 for this item. She told to contact customer service for a refund. When I asked her for the contact information she yelled, I don’t know!! Then waved me off and turned to the counter and began completing another order. At that moment I asked for her name and she refused. Then I asked repeatedly and she asked me “why I needed her name?” After I explained that I want to tell chipotle about my experience a cashier.. and another lady on her team yells and claims her name is Becky. They laugh. Exiting I asked why she couldn’t give me her name. She waited until I was about to walk and made a comment which prompted me to ask her what was said and why she couldn’t address me earlier when we were having a discussion. A man from the back names Rodney asked what was going on. I explained to him everything he did nothing but asked me to take his card. Overall I would like a refund and I don’t ever plan on going back. Each and every time I have patronized this location they are out of something and can’t complete our orders while, continuing to charge regular price for half the menu items ordered. And then have audacity to give the poorest customer service. DO NOT SPEND MONEY...
Read moreAwful experience! Very disappointed in the service provided by the staff there. When I arrived, I was the only customer in line, I politely requested a chicken burrito, after my burrito was mostly assembled, I asked if they would kindly add guac, queso, and chipotle sauce (from the bottle). I usually do not have a problem with this request, the staff will typically take a bottle from the back and shake it out over my burrito until I am content with the amount. Instead, the staff fumbled around guessing at what I was asking for instead of actually listening to the customer. I repeated myself several times until one staff member stepped up and angrily said “he’s asking for the chipotle sauce in the bottle, we have to take a new bottle”. He grabbed the fresh bottle of chipotle sauce, and poured a couple of splashes on my burrito. I asked if he “wouldn’t mind adding a bit more?” This gentleman then proceeds to tell me “sorry, that’s all I can do, if you want more then do it yourself”. This made no sense to me as the staff member already had an open bottle of chipotle and added the sauce just a moment before. I take customer service very seriously and to me, this was an unacceptable way to treat a customer with a simple request, especially since I was THE ONLY CUSTOMER IN LINE. I WILL NOT...
Read moreSo sad to visit this establishment and have my car towed. Albeit legally. It was unknown to me that a lot less than 50 feet from Chipotle I was parked in was ONLY for FedX and Manhattan Pizza customers. Shame on you Chipotle for not taking care to warn your customers of the Abracadabra Towing Company who sits in wait for cars to park and go into Chipotle. I'm sure you watch customer after customer every weekend and possibly every day and night come back in to your restaurant and think their car was stolen and you, the employees, play dumb! Pitiful you have so little care for your customers that you would not take SOME kind of action to warn them against this terribly unethical, money gouging towing "service" It was $200 CASH ONLY to retrieve my car from a dark, shady , lowdown part of town. Who are they serving? Does Chipotle get a cut? Why else would they turn a blind eye while person after person is victimized by this scam of a company. Abracadabra is doing their job well, as cut throat as they are, but Chipotle is to blame for being...
