I would not recommend this establishment. We went one night after 12 and was able to do some karaoke and have a couple of drinks. Since we didn’t stay long our first time here we decided to go back so we could stay a little longer and try the food as well since the pictures online looked great. Well that was a mistake, the wings were good but way overpriced compared to other establishments that sale wings as well. Some drinks were made ok however I ordered a mint mojito that was not made the way a traditional mojito would be made it came to the table clear no muddled lime or mint just mint for garnishment. When I let the waiter know it was made wrong and mentioned it being remade she said I would be charged for the remake as well as the original drink she also didn’t want to go talk to the bartender so myself and my friend had to go ask about the drink being remade and he stated the same. He was also very argumentative but ended up muddling some lime with mint in a separate cup after I requested it and I just poured the original drink in that cup. We had another order of fries that never came out and we were about to leave so we told our waiter we didn’t want them anymore and she stated she could box them for us to go but once again we would be charged even though we never received the item and no longer cared to receive the fries because we were going to leave. We asked for the manager who walked over never introduced herself asked could she clear the cups from our table then walked off so we had our waiter get her again. She took the fries off we never received but gave a I don’t care attitude as did the waiter at this point. I work in CS and have for 10 years and have never experienced service like this not even at a gas station. I will not return and will gladly spend my money where it’s appreciated we spent 266 dollars to be disappointed. I visited Upper Deck for my birthday weekend with my bestie & it was a cute vibe! On Saturdays they have a DJ that plays R&B. That particular Saturday it was 90s/2000s R&B so I was in heaven! Coming in we were encouraged to scan a QR code to ensure our parking was validated & were seated shortly after. It was pretty empty around 2 when we arrived but more people started arriving a little before we left. The DJ was amazing! The music was a little loud so having a conversation was a little difficult at times but it was good music so I won’t complain lol Taleah (Lee-Lee) was our waitresss & for it to be her first full day she did an amazing job! She gave us recommendations, kept our glasses full & had the best tableside conversations with us. We felt heard, appreciated & well taken care of. We ordered the spinach dip & egg rolls for an appetizer. Both were just ok. The spinach dip was a little cold but the pita chips were great. The egg rolls tasted like they came out of a frozen section so not homemade. We also ordered smash burgers for our entrees. 200/10! They were juicy, seasoned well & came with delicious fries! I usually don’t do reviews, but I felt this one needed to be said I visited the upper deck on July 10 and my daughter’s birthday to have food drinks and cocktails. The place was super cute. I think the owner at the bar he spoke to us when we came in And then we ordered food or appetizers and that we ask the waitress for shots of liquor or drinks she told us they only served beer as I proceeded to look at the bar. There was liquor on the bar and instead of telling us that we could have cocktails she did not suggest that I really feel like this is poor customer service, which I am in the service industry also myself I am a barber, and I understand in this industry of hospitality and food that you must that you must take care of the people that come into establishment. I felt like the waitress didn’t really really care to service us the way we need to be service as far as offering us cocktails instead of beer I was recommended this place to come and eat and enjoy and I ended up ordering appetizers that came to the table cold or lukewarm and I don’t know whether I would recommend this place to any of my other friends.
