The owner is a pure ignoramus ! Customer service is HORRIBLE! We were brought someone else's food and then had to call back twice to get our food. The owner brought the order the first time and when he realized he gave us the wrong order took the food back and no doubt took it to the people it belonged to instead of throwing it away! Then he sent us another driver to bring us our food and then we had chips instead of fries and when we called back to ask for our fries were told the lunch special was chips not fries (which we asked for) but the owner told me he wasn't giving away "free" food! Are you serious? You put us way behind our lunch by bringing us someone else's lunch , we have to call back twice for our lunch that you've been paid with a card during ordering, we get our food from another person (instead of the owner) lol, and we find freaking chips not fries like we ordered, and you so cheap, ignorant, and have such a disdain for the very people you RIP off you can't spare two little ole French fries....business must not be as grand as you want us to think. This was my first time eating here based on a recommendation from someone else. A whole lot was wrong with my experience. This was a takeout location. Nowhere to sit down and eat. No problem. The cashier was a fast talker who tried to rush the order. I settled on a chicken gyro with the salad and fries. I received a lamb gyro instead. I do eat lamb gyros but what if I didn't?! The food was bland and I could not even eat the salad. They did not ask me about dressings I wanted. No condiments were in the bag. My husband ordered the chicken and broccoli Alfredo which looked good but tasted terrible. I was told the order would be ready in 15 minutes but it was more like 30. He went back in to get the food. The receipt said something about an administrative fee or something like that. Is this legal? Then they wanted a tip if using a debit card to pay. This wasn't delivery and I was not impressed with the service. My husband stated that the cashier and cook was arguing which is not a good look for any organization. I am in shock. I chose Fox Pizza on Bessemer Ave in Greensboro NC for dinner this evening. I paid cash to avoid a debit card fee. Looking over my receipt I noticed a 3.99% Administrative fee that added 96 cents to my bill. I returned to Fox Pizza on Bessemer Ave and asked what the fee was for. She said, now get this, she picked up the tablet and said. "Its for using the system." This is the boldest act of theft that I have ever seen and if I don't do anything else with my life I am going to stop this criminal activity if I don't do anything else.
