Yummy Hibachi — Restaurant in Greensboro

After reading most of the reviews I still took a chance in order some food. I ordered lo mein with teriyaki sauce and vegetables. However when I receive my order it was soba noodles plain with no teriyaki sauce and mixed vegetables. Even though I asked these questions before I place my order. However, I didn't make a big deal about it because I like that they Incorporated cabbage in their veggies. Also they gave me white sauce and I didn't order that. This was the worst hibachi place I've ever eaten at this was my first and last time, anyone that recommends this does not know good food. I could have made better at home. I will continue to go out my way and eat at arigato's when I'm craving hibachi.. if you want to waste money and your palate is plain and weak continue to eat here. But if you don't want to waste your money or your time please do not order from this place.Like I said before this is the worst I've ever had it tasted horrible also my body rejected it shortly after...

Food is great! If I could give zero stars I would for the customer service. Sunday, March 6th at 6 pm picked up to go order. New she (Amy is name on receipt) had attitude taking order. Was "up charged" for broccoli and onions. They already come as part of vegetables. I didn't want all the other veggies. She couldn't explain to me why now all of a sudden I have to pay for food that's already in there. If that's the case, put the other veggies in a different box. Not sure why they're using "beef" instead of steak for hibachi and teriyaki dishes. The meat they're using seems like it should be in a pepper steak or beef and broccoli dish from a Chinese restaurant. Whatever kind of beef it is - I became more suspicious with each bite until I finally just threw the plate away. It was fatty and soft - NOT TENDER. That meat could have very well been from a cow, but it would take a million dollars for ME to eat it. Do yourself a favor and go to Bamboo Grille on Elmsley. They use ribeye, and they give you hella food on the plate when...
