I arrived around 11:30am on a Sunday morning. It was busy. The line was on the street. I wanted to go inside but I still had to wait because the drive thru line was blocking the entrance and the parking spaces. They only have one drive thru, compared to other locations. After a few minutes, I was able to park and go inside. There was a TV in the lobby area and about 16 tables. There was a lady making biscuits. It was pretty cool that you can see them being made. I ordered around 11:37pm inside at the register. The cashier was really friendly and I could see the other staff working hard. There was one person in front of me. I got the grilled chicken, egg, and cheese biscuit with fries and a strawberry tea. The total was about $9.92. My food was ready about a minute later. I forgot to ask for ketchup for my fries, so luckily I had some BBQ Sauce from Cookout in my car lmao. Wedges just don’t take that well plain, unless they are well seasoned. My biscuit was pretty tasty. It was the right temperature. The strawberry tea had actual strawberries in it, which was amazing. I love strawberries! Lol. The only downside is that it can block the straw opening while you’re trying to drink, lol. So… I’ll admit that when I tried Biscuitville several years ago, I got one of the platters and it was NASTY! I never went back. I ended up receiving a gift card a few months ago and decided I’d try a biscuit instead.. Since then, I’ve been a fan! They gotta do something about the parking lot though and the drive thru because the drive thru line shouldn’t block people who want to go inside.

Today I visited this location. I have my food in my lap as I write this post. Come on Biscuitville, I paid 7.94 cents for a grilled cchicken English muffin and the chicken was not even half the size of the bread. The last time I got a bacon egg and cheese biscuit it literally had a piece of bacon broken in half and that's what I got. Come on Biscuitville step up your quality of your food. You wouldn't like it if I gave you half of what you charged me,so don't give me half of what I ordered.

Drive thru long, went inside there was a line. Noticed manager was checking food, I was impressed by this, he seemed to be very involved with what's going on with his staff, etc. He was very approachable and i noticed he even recognized a customer and called them by their first name. Cashier was really friendly and had a nice conversation with her. I asked for fresh fries and I got them. It was a clean as well.

I have been going there for long time Like clockwork every morning I swing through the drive thru, and usually the same thing. However this morning was my last time I'll give my time and money to this fast food joint. I asked for the ultimate breakfast platter, then ask if I could just get extra eggs instead of the grits and fries, at first I was told yes, but apparently some forgot their mic was still on, and I heard this lady say to the other that he can't have that, he has to get the sides we offer, Went I asked about what I had heard, it got quiet for few seconds, Then the lady that made the comment , the replies back that can't get extra eggs or bacon as a side. I really don't see what the big deal was, but to the lady that made that comment, I hope you learn the true meaning of customer service, because there was couple different ways you could have do e waht I asked for, but being hateful or spiteful is...

Ate here on Sunday Dec 15 2024. Order hash browns casserole based on the picture of a medium size plate of it that looked good. I sit down and my biscuit is undercooked and the casserole is in a small grits container. I look at the casserole and to be honest it looks like my dog ate the casserole in the picture and 30 minutes later threw up the casserole that was in the grits container. Girl asks if I want to speak to a manager, it was Sunday so u got a whole crew that really didn't want to be at work, I said no. Biscuitville is a shell of the great restaurant it was under Keith. In the future I will just go to McDonald's. If I can I will post a pic of the nasty roll ! Time to take a long break from the ville ! Thanks for letting me rant ! 30 years ago , I told people biscuitville is where you get more than u pay for. Now when I stop by I feel like I am paying for construction costs of building new...
