Every single person in there needs to be fired. I came through the drive-thru a couple of weeks ago, and there was ONE car ahead of me, ONE. My passenger and I waited at the speaker for almost 8 minutes as cars started pulling up behind us. We thought there was something wrong with the speaker, so we drove to the window. That same vehicle was at the window waiting for their food. A couple of minutes later, they handed that car their food. Next up... the girl said, "Did you have...?" We waited and didn't order, and neither did the car behind me because they pulled up right behind me. She told me she couldn't take my order at the window. The look on my face and I almost drove off, but there was another guy who told her no, and to take my order. I ordered a 3 wing meal. A few minutes later, I was notified they only had one wing... 🤣. I said, "ok, give me the wing and a breast." The FINALLY get the food out, I check it, and why is there only a breast? This is when the already bad service gets worse! I let the young lady at the window know that my "one" wing was missing. The chaos as I counted at LEAST 6 people running around as if Bojangles didn't already have a system in place for them to follow. No one seemed to know what was going on, the guy told the girl to tell me that I said, "I'll just take the breast...". A heavy-set black chick then asked for my box back, looked in it, frowns and looks as if she's in pain, completely agitated, and has ZERO leadership skills and proceeds to hand my half-opened box back to me. Now, 5 years ago, I'd have gotten out of my car, gone in, and wreaked havoc. Today, I meditate, pray, and know that while I have everything to lose, those people have NOTHING to lose. I've only been to this location twice before, and I've never had good service, but never bad service. It was $12 or $13 lesson, and I'll NEVER go back. Read moreI really hope corporate see's these reviews. I hate to even have to make this about race but I will. I'm going to call my people out because we need to do better. It makes so sense that this place is situated by A&t so to go here one can feel a sense of pride, considering that you have mostly black people working in here. But when you get slack workers ones who don't care if you wait while they chat with cars before you, or even walk around as if they don't have anything to do it is sickening. We have this culture where we can feel so relaxed with our own that you forget to not only be respectful but to still operate with good customer service skills and show those that come there what we stand for. Not being so comfortable with me that I'm hey girl or sis or whatever. Now tonight I went there and not only were they slow and acted like they had nothing to do. But they didn't even get the order right. When my husband went back all of the workers had closed almost an hour before closing. They sat and laughed while they had a line full of people. My husband recorded as they laughed and acted like he wasn't there. They didn't answer the intercom or anything . How sad, every single person on night shift if it were me would be fired immediately. Not only do they have a 94 as a sanitation grade but customer service sucks and willingness to work is not there. My people need to do better. Read moreThis locations gives Bojangles a bad name. The staff is poorly trained and unprofessional. I pulled into the drive thru and sat there for a bit. The line was pretty long so I decided to just go inside instead. Upon entering there were 2 others waiting to have their order taken. At least 10 minutes went by before anyone ever came over to take their orders. Staff was so focused on drive thru orders that they totally neglected patrons who came inside.
When I finally did place my order after 25 minutes I waited another 10 minutes only to be told they didn’t have any biscuits and it would be another 15 minutes before more were ready. Mind you this is after I watched them bag order after order for the drive through while continuing to ignore those inside.
There was a gentleman that ordered dirty rice as his side and after he placed his order I watched them bag at least 3 orders containing dirty rice for drive thru customers only to return to the gentleman and tell him he’d have to wait 15 more minutes for his. Despicable.
The lady in the front taking orders, heavy set, brown skin, braids, mid- 40s, had a nasty attitude and was very condescending. She did nothing to try and alleviate the mess they’d made with getting so far behind and having unsatisfied customers, instead she just offered her snide remark’s.
